The location is VERY close the airport so it was very convenient when it was time to fly out. Right outside it the Metro, so I was able to move around and explore parts of the city, specifically Frankfurt's New Old Town. Behind the hotel is a garden area where I did my morning walks. The room was very clean and spacious. I have no complaints. The staff were AMAZING! They answered all my questions about the area and they povided helpful tips on how to navigate the Metro. Overall thetrip was one of the smoothest and relaxed experience I have ever had.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The value for money was absolutely top-notch, for a room that was perfectly spacious and exceptionally clean. As an added bonus, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. There's a tram stop just 2 minutes away, which offers quick access to the city center or the main train station.

The hotel is conveniently located near a large plaza, which is a big plus. It's about a 20-minute walk from the station, so if you have a lot of luggage, I'd recommend taking a taxi. It's clean, but there's a bit of noise.

The room is clean, but there’s no amenities like toothbrush, etc, even inside the room they didnt provide a mineral water. Process checkin and checkout was easy and fast by a self service system. Important info how to get there: From terminal 1, after arrival walk towards sign train T/S downstairs Choose SHORT TRIP ticket at the machine ticket cost around 2€ and choose gateaway gardens. Take the S9 train (only 1 stop) and walk from there There’s a medium size supermarket accross the stret close at 00.00 to buy many option of asian instant noodle.

The service was really bad too. They didn't come to clean the room for several days straight afterwards, and when the tissue box ran out, they wouldn't bring new ones, telling me to go downstairs to the front desk to get them myself. They didn't even provide drinking water in the room.

I stayed here over New Year’s, and what a wild experience that was in Frankfurt! It also made me realize just how poor the hotel’s soundproofing is — I could hear all the chaos and noise throughout the night. On the bright side, the location is great, just a short walk from the train station. Still, the area can feel a bit unsafe at night, especially during New Year’s celebrations, so be cautious if you’re heading out late.

Great location for early flight or late arrival into Frankfurt. Gotta take escalator from Terminal 1B, near Luftansa counter 13 up one level, then follow signage to hotel (opp Ditsch). Overall good except for lighting in the room - personally I would prefer the option to have the room brighter (more or brighter lights).

I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip and I found it to be a pleasant experience overall. From there, it is very easy to reach the city center in a short time. This made traveling around simple and convenient, even though the hotel itself is outside the busy areas. The room was very clean and modern. Everything looked fresh and well maintained, which gave me a comfortable feeling during my stay. The bathroom was spotless, and the furniture felt new. I appreciated the effort the hotel made to keep the rooms tidy and welcoming. The only downside was the bed. The double bed was actually made by joining two single beds together. This was not very comfortable, especially when trying to sleep in the middle. It felt a little awkward and less relaxing compared to a proper double bed. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers who want a quiet location with easy transport to the city. Just be aware of the bed arrangement.

The location is great and the service is good too. It's also convenient for ordering takeout, making it a good choice for both extended stays and sightseeing. My only suggestion would be for the breakfast to be a bit tastier. If you need anything, just ask the front desk, they're very helpful.
