The hotel is conveniently located to our relatives. It’s extremely clean and well equipped with the technology! I enjoy to open the curtains with a finger point touch. The services are great everyone is super friendly! The breakfast is fantastic with many different dishes and all are delicious! We really enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time!

I really liked everything. The hotel room has an incredible view of the sea, it is clean, it smells nice, the food is very tasty, the staff is friendly, there are various cosmetics in the bathroom. The bathroom is very nice, the bed is incredibly comfortable. This hotel is worth coming to more than once.

The room is spacious, with a stunning snow view directly facing the ski jump, and a balcony perfect for kids to play on. It has a cabin-style design, and even after renovation, it doesn't feel old at all. The cleanliness is impeccable. They offer one-stop butler service, and even thoughtful touches like a fruit basket when it's dry in early winter. The two toilets and two sinks are ideal for families with babies. The 2-day ski pass for two (excluding equipment) includes night skiing during the opening season. The 24-hour pass, starting from your first entry, is really convenient!

This National Day holiday, we stayed at Shanlu Hotel again. It was our second time this year, and our National Day stay further solidified our positive impression of the hotel. We drove there this time, and since we had a lot of luggage, a hotel staff member in the underground parking lot saw us struggling and proactively offered help, even escorting us all the way to the front desk. These small details really show the quality of the hotel management and staff. After our trip, we returned to Beijing late at night and realized we'd forgotten a bag of clothes at the hotel. We contacted the staff, who promptly located it and got in touch with us. These two minor incidents really highlight that Shanlu Hotel is excellent in every aspect. Thanks again to Shanlu for creating such wonderful memories for us. We'll definitely stay at Shanlu again next time we visit Chongli.

The experience was great, the room was spacious and bright, the bed was comfortable, and it made people feel dawn. The service staff Xiao Dong is warm and thoughtful, and he can feel his sincerity every time he meets. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and tastes very good. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and there are many attractions and restaurants around. All in all, this hotel is really good value for money, highly recommended!

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

We only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed the experience. Due to the centralized heating system, our room was extremely hot and reached 29 degrees celsius even with the window open. We ended up calling the front desk at 4:30 a.m., and within 10 minutes, someone arrived with a large fan. She helped us set it up and adjust the temperature, and it quickly became comfortable enough for us to fall back asleep. Thank you for the quick assistance!

We had a slight hiccup during check-in, and traveling with a child, I really didn't want any unpleasantness. However, thanks to the excellent service from Peach 🍑, everything was resolved smoothly. They never shied away from any issues that arose, always trying their best to offer a discount or a small gift to make my child happy. Sometimes, a hotel's quality isn't just about one person's opinion; if everyone could be a bit more considerate of guests, InterContinental would probably avoid a lot of problems! The bunk bed mattresses could definitely be softer; they were really firm, but my child still loved them, oh well!

The room is very clean and the service of the front desk lady is very good. The hotel is newly opened and the facilities are complete. I will definitely stay here again after this one. I feel safe and will stay here again in the future.

Pros: The location is excellent, with a lively area right outside. There's a pedestrian street downstairs, and MixC City is just an 8-10 minute walk away, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The building has an underground parking lot. While it can get busy, finding a parking spot is relatively easy. The hotel front desk is on the 31st floor, but a dedicated elevator makes access very convenient. There's a laundry room and a gym; I used both and found them to be fully functional and well-maintained, not just for show. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality and taste are great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals. The service staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly. Any issues were promptly addressed. Cons: The hotel might be a bit older, and some facilities are showing their age. For example, the air conditioning wasn't very effective – it was hard to control and would inconsistently blow hot or cold. Overall: I'm very satisfied. It offers good value for money and is highly recommended. I forgot to take any photos, but the actual condition perfectly matches the pictures online, so I'll just use a few placeholders.
