Guest UserTL;DR: A high-quality design hotel with a well-thought-out room layout, tucked away in a quiet corner of the park. The shuttle service is on-demand, and the service is exceptional, comparable to top-tier international brands. Five-star recommendation!
This was my first time bringing my family to Aranya, and I was completely lost with the vast layout of the park. Shortly after booking, our butler Wendy proactively connected with me via WeChat, instantly easing all my travel anxieties. A few days before our trip, she provided a super comprehensive guide for first-timers, covering everything from the highway exit and park entrance registration to parking fees, tidal schedules, reservation channels for various venues, and the locations of dining halls for all three meals. She even detailed where to go for morning, afternoon, and evening strolls, completely saving me from staying up late to plan.
Upon arrival, the park was huge, and I was disoriented with our luggage. Wendy sent real-time location and walking directions, clearly indicating the shuttle pick-up points. During check-in, she meticulously explained the room facilities, complimentary drinks, and toiletries, and proactively asked if we had any special requests. Throughout our stay, whether we wanted to visit the chapel, find local snacks, or watch the sunset in the evening, her responses were almost immediate. When we temporarily needed extra towels and drinking water, they were delivered to our room within minutes.
What impressed me most was the perfect balance of her service – she never bothered us with frequent messages while we were enjoying ourselves, yet she was always available to help whenever we had a question. The hotel itself is minimalist and tranquil, offering great comfort. Coupled with Wendy's detailed and reliable guidance throughout, our first Aranya trip was absolutely flawless, with no missteps or frustrations. We'll definitely be staying at Nuo An Yuan Jin next time and specifically requesting Wendy as our butler.

Returned to Thaiwoo Hyatt Place for another ski vacation, and it was fantastic! The stay-and-ski package is incredibly convenient. You can pick up your ski pass and activate your benefits directly at the front desk when checking in, no extra queues or hassle, which is super friendly for skiers. The hotel's location is excellent; the ski rental hall is right across the street, making ski-in/ski-out incredibly effortless. The room was clean, tidy, and well soundproofed, with ample heating, so it was very comfortable to relax in after skiing. The breakfast selection was rich, and the service was warm and attentive!

The hotel's location is pretty good, and the surroundings are very quiet. It's only about a 19-minute drive to Jinshanling Great Wall. However, the Jinshanling exit on the G45 Beijing-Chengde Expressway is closed, so you have to take a detour.
When there are fewer guests, breakfast is served individually with generous portions. When it's busy, they open a buffet with a wider variety of options.
The room was spacious, great for families. But there were a lot of ladybugs (or 'stink bugs' as some call them) that somehow got into the room; we had to clear them out as soon as we checked in.
The bathroom drain was clogged, so the facilities definitely need some maintenance. It's probably okay for a 1-2 night stay.

This was my fourth ski season staying at Summit Hotel, and it's definitely the best hotel in Genting and Wanlong. The rooms are fully equipped, the service is excellent, and the price is reasonable. Even during Chinese New Year, the price increase was minimal, making it the best value for money in Chongli. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and proactively offered to help with luggage. The Jinghuan Family Suite is an amazing value; not only is the room spacious, offering 270° mountain and snow views, but the tatami mat by the window was also incredibly convenient and a big hit with the kids. The hotel breakfast was rich and delicious, and the Hunan cuisine on the ground floor and the Yunnan cuisine on the ninth floor were both very authentic, with a top-notch dining environment. The hotel offers ski-in/ski-out access, which is super convenient. With the Yunlong Pass, you can ski to Wanlong and back, making for a fantastic experience. Fennie, the Assistant Manager in the hotel lobby, was beautiful, kind, warm, and attentive. She proactively upgraded our room and checked in with us every day afterward to ensure we were comfortable and if we needed any further assistance. Her thoughtfulness made us feel incredibly warm, and we'll definitely choose Summit Hotel again because of her. Having stayed at Courtyard, InterContinental, Fulong, Wanlong Longgong, and Crowne Plaza Cuishanshan during previous ski trips to Chongli, considering overall hotel facilities, service, cleanliness, and ski resort convenience, Summit Hotel is undoubtedly the best choice.

Putizi6046I've stayed here a few times now, and the facilities, cleanliness, and environment are consistently excellent. However, there are quite a few issues: Firstly, the air conditioning is always too cold in summer; even with a light jacket and long pants, it's still freezing. Secondly, I tried to check in at 2:30 PM, and the front desk staff, a young man with glasses, told me my reserved room was ready and just being inspected, asking me to wait in the lobby and promising a call. After waiting for half an hour with no news, I went back to the front desk, only to find out my room key had already been processed, but no one had informed me. The staff member with glasses was also nowhere to be found. This level of service attitude and work efficiency is truly speechless. I hope the hotel strengthens its training for staff regarding their professional skills and service awareness.

ZhaolingBeidaihe Jourton Manor Hotel ✨ An Absolutely Stunning Vacation Experience
Finally checked into the Beidaihe Jourton Manor Hotel, which I've been longing to visit! 🏰 This place is truly a vacation paradise!
The hotel is located in Beidaihe, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. We were personally escorted to our room by a butler, and they even gave a bubble machine to the kids. The front desk also has basketballs, soccer balls, and other toys available for borrowing. There are many children's play areas.
The most delightful surprise was the manor-style design ⛲️, with a huge lawn and a European garden. Afternoon tea here was incredibly relaxing ☕️, truly a taste of aristocratic living!

Guest UserThis hotel was the perfect choice for a short, two-day, one-night getaway to escape the summer heat. It's conveniently located close to the highway and tourist attractions, making travel hassle-free. The hotel itself offers beautiful scenery and plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. The mountain air is wonderfully cool; after dinner, we enjoyed a refreshing stroll through the woods, without needing to rush out to see specific sights. Marli Jiao was consistently available and incredibly responsive to all our needs. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. In just two short days, we felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Definitely my top pick for a quick escape.

Anonymous UserOverall, my stay was more disappointing than expected. The front desk was slow and had a poor attitude. The room didn't even have hand soap, and for a triple room, there were only two tooth mugs. The worst part was breakfast; at 9 AM, everything was gone. I don't understand why we had to eat at another hotel. If their operating capacity isn't sufficient, couldn't they offer a set menu, or at least ask for customer feedback or advise guests to eat earlier? The only upside was the complimentary hot spring and cable car tickets.

I chose the InterContinental Shijiazhuang this time, and it exceeded my expectations! My butler, Shara, was incredibly thoughtful, providing timely information about the local weather and tips for staying dry and cool, which was very comprehensive. They even sent some delicious welcome fruit. The room had great natural light and offered a fantastic view overlooking the city. The environment was quiet and peaceful. The front desk and room service staff were all very pleasant, and Shara always responded instantly whenever I had a question. The hotel itself was clean and elegant, instantly easing my travel fatigue. Highly recommended!
