We had an amazing stay. The best about this hotel is service! I haven’t seen hotel so far where all stuff are so professional, friendly and positive. Thanks so much for the hospitality for Bilal from main restaurant, who make our dining experience very comfortable. Very friendly and nice girls animators Sonya and Sultan, my baby felt very happy , they have really great energy. Also upon our checkin we had help from the guy, who was super nice and professional , unfortunately didn’t get his name. Other things we liked quality of food, especially the a la cart restaurant and tea coffee station. And WhatsApp support line was amazing, with Tugba helping us. What I didn’t like: 1) CATS! I love animals don’t get me wrong; but cats was everywhere. In the indoor pools pool beds on the top the towels, at the spa , I saw too many of them indoors. I love animals , but I don’t find hygienic. 2) hotel indoor pool was working only until 7 pm. Time felt limited , wish we could enjoy more at the evening time. Also temperature of water in kids pool was cooler then in main pool, both was a bit cold in my opinion, wish water was 1-2 degree warmer. 3) I felt like it was not enough stuff at the kids club , even though there wasn’t that much kids , workers had hard time balancing between kids going crazy. Also there was many toys but not enough interactive activities, like would be cool to have tent or small playhouse there for smaller kids.

I was with my partner in Kaş The rooms were very clean, air conditioned & in good condition (+we had a balcony, this was also very clean). - Every day there was still cold water on the room, which was free. The hotel staff was always friendly to us and has liked us in questions/requirements and really helped/advised. The restaurant at the hotel has very good self-made pasta, I can recommend to everyone try. The location of the hotel is really very good, walking to the market about 2-3min. A small point for others, directly at the hotel was a bar with live music, there was played about until 0:00 - did not disturb us since we had a lot of work in Kaş and were out. Unfortunately, in 5 nights we did not get everything we wanted, for example the spa area, but I just go out of that this will also be very good. All in all really a super hotel and would come back here anytime when there is the possibility.

A genuinely great place for a solo traveller in particular. Good selection of buffet breakfast (included in the price), a nice clean pool and a FANTASTIC spa (best massage I’ve had to date). The only thing that lets the property down is the cleanliness. My floor had wires sticking out the wall, a rickety staircase railing, dust everywhere, etc. To be honest, this didn’t bother me and I would stay here again happily but sharing as I know this is a deal breaker for some people. Access to and from the airport is really only possible by taxi, which is approx. €30 (to and from).

Helpful staff and clean hotel with amazing architecture Room was super clean and has all amenities. Shower was clean and had hot water that ran fast. Towels and bathrobes were also available. I checked in late and checked out pretty early for my flight so I haven’t had the chance to explore their hammam, sauna and pools but i found it quite fascinating that they run breakfast for those who fly early starting 5 am! Also it’s quite close to the airport and they offer free drop offs to it around the clock.

I am a fairly tempted traveler, but this hotel will stay forever in my heart 😍 Location is magnificent, across the road from the Cleopatra Beach, the balcony opens the view of the sea and mountains . Rooms are very creative, stylish, bright and clean. Breakfast is a Swedish table served in the restaurant, very qualitative and delicious food. I was very happy to find this hotel. Thank you very much 🫶

Rest in August 2025 with two families with children. Very comfortable rooms with two rooms (we were 2 eyes+2 children), in each room balcony, a work-room type sauna. Everything is clean, comfortable, beautiful. The room has a shampoo, soap, shower gel, one-time slippers, towels for everyone. And they also give towels to the beach - it's a separate boil! Every day new clean dry towels to the beach. Breakfasts are good, not very diverse, but still try that omlet, that sweets are hot. We liked everything, everyone found what to choose. You can drink tea, coffee, juices all the time. Staff is kind, polite, душевно, help everything. The beach takes a transfer when you are comfortable, comes personally. The swimming pool on the territory is. Walking to the beach minutes 15-20 with children. The beach is quail, sand. But for the lying we have to pay. We liked it very much, I would definitely return

I planned to stay for 3-5 days and move on to another city, but the team here created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that I ended up extending my stay twice for three weeks because apparently I’m having my best time thanks to the guys.  I had stayed in two nearby hotels before, just 10 meters away, but the experience was completely different. Now I’ve finally found my favorite hotel in Alanya. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay, also a great location, an amazing view, and wonderful people who always go out of their way to make sure you're having a good time. When they ask me 'How are you?', I always say 'Perfect, Thank You', and I really mean it - I'm doing amazing thanks to them. 10 out of 10 experience

A very good hotel, the room is large, the environment is very good, and the front desk service attitude is super good. I feel it is the best in this industrial area. Best Western is a really good brand.

Fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Antalya! The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The hotel is quite comfortable for an unpretentious tourist. The room is spacious. Minus - sometimes there was an order for sewerage. Close to the sea. The beach belongs to two hotels at the same time: Kayla City and Kala Beach. The bar on the beach has very tasty flatbreads, portioned ayran and water.
