Location and cleanliness good. Hairdryer not so good. They dont have spare to lend me. Walls are thin. Can hear neighbours. Service is good generally. Overall highly recommended. 

Upon arrival I was greeted by Mita at the front desk who made my check-in a smooth experience with a friendly welcome, polite and professional approach. She is an asset to this hotel. The front door security are well mannered and overly helpful too. Woke up to a delicious breakfast.

Very good, clean and hygienic, the service staff is very gentle, giving people a feeling of being respected, breakfast is on the first floor, full customized service, recommended for business trips. There is a seafood next to the hotel with reasonable prices and delicious food.

Position very strategic. Walk away from sea port. And right in the middle of city business centre. Anyway everything was good, good experience for being here. But this is only another business hotel. Don't expect too much

The breakfast will be improved again, and hopefully the bedsheets will be drier even though they have just come out of the laundry. overall everything is good

We have stayed at this Hotel many times, this time we happened to stay on the Ramadhan, there is quite a clear difference, the food served is less varied and the staff we saw at the restaurant cm 1 person, We wanted to ask for help for a while before we were served because ybs also served others, the clerk who used to be in the egg section this time was not there even though we wanted it.

Good for the hotel and also the service is great, definitely recommended

Der Ausblick war megaschön, aber das Bad muss richtig gereinigt werden. Eine Personal hat irgendwie keine Lust zum Arbeit. Außenbeleuchtung und Aussenbereich sind schon ausgestaltet.
