The hotel is situated at the middle level of Daisen, only 30 mins drive from Yonago city. It is a big complex with a lot of rooms. The best view rooms are probably those facing the sea. Ours faces Daisen Mountain, which is not bad either. It gave me a sense of tranquility. The onsen is awesome with both outdoor and indoor pools. The showering area is spacious too. The room is in a very decent size. It was amply sufficient for three of us. Adding points to this review is the 3 hours of happy hours, with unlimited flow of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. The panoramic view restaurant was quite a nice place for relaxing. Another point to add is the 11:00 o'clock check-out time, unlike other hotels in Yonago at 10:00. Overall, if you book the hotels well in advance, it's a pretty good deal.

The room was decent, but the two meals included made it good value for money. My only confusion was that one of the beds seemed to be made from two sofas or something similar, with a gap right in the middle. It was already a single bed, not very big, and lying in the middle was uncomfortable; you'd almost fall off either side.

Absolutely loved this hostel! It's conveniently located near the bus station and Takashimaya. It's only about a 7-8 minute walk to JR Yonago, and Kaike is also not far, probably around 10-15 minutes away (I can't recall the exact time). The rooms are clean, the location is convenient and easy to find, and there's parking behind the ryokan. The staff are excellent and friendly (though their English isn't fluent). The food is delicious and good value for money. The hot spring bath isn't very big, but the facilities are good. Recommended for those looking for a ryokan in Tootori.
