We've enjoyed our stay in Seasky. The location is excellent, near various foods/restos. The service was great, staff were kind. The room is spacious and room rates were affordable. They also offer airport pick and drop off which was convenient and even have tour packages and motor rental. No need to look and go further. One thing to improve is the water temperature in the shower. It would have been better if we can adjust the temperature manually. The first 3 nights the water was so hot, that taking a bath isn't great. However, there was an improvement from day 4 to 6. In addition, an elevator is also a great improvement especially if you are carrying more than 1 luggage, but the staff will help you out anyway in carrying the luggages. Overall, it was a great stay! ☺️

However, my biggest concern was the Wi-Fi connection. I stayed for a week and experienced connectivity issues throughout my entire stay. As someone who relies on internet access, I ended up using my mobile data most of the time because the Wi-Fi was unreliable. I also found that some of the staff in the dining area were not very welcoming. While not everyone was unfriendly, a few crew members came across as dismissive and seemed to have an attitude when interacting with guests. Customer service is an important part of the hotel experience, and I hope management can provide additional training to ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued. Overall, the hotel has good facilities and cleanliness standards, but the Wi-Fi issues and inconsistent customer service affected my experience.

There was more than enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. We also had restful nights—the beds were so soft and comfortable that it felt like sleeping in a five-star hotel. The resort has a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon. We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Having a wider selection would be especially helpful for guests staying several days. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and approachable. They assisted us with everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay, making us feel well taken care of. Overall a very good resort, located on the main road close to all the action and night life. They provide a free tuk tuk to take you to a particular place on this road whether it is a restaurant or the Cloud nine beach. The resort has its own small beach. The villas have a fan and air con.. The bathroom has 2 showers, one inside and one outside which is nice.The shower heads though are due for decalcification to provide a good and comfortable shower. Be aware that villas that are located close to the road are quite noisy. Breakfast is buffet style and is served near the pool. If you arrive before the official check in time of 2pm and even if your villa is ready, you will have to pay an extra fee to get the key.

Pros: Great location, convenient for commuting to the city or surfing (5-10 minute motorbike ride). Restaurants nearby, convenient for dining. Friendly and attentive service. Clean room. Cons: King room faces the street, which can be quite noisy, especially with motorcycles at night. We recommend booking a suite that doesn't face the street. The downstairs building is still under renovation, so it can be quite noisy in the afternoons.

The staff were so accommodating. They attended to all my needs. The location is just few minutes away to Cloud 9. I had a great stay there.

Rucksack is the biggest Hostel in Siargao, it offers private rooms for couple, family or group traveller and Dormitory Type rooms for Solo Traveller like me. Dormitory bed is comfortable with thick Hotel bedding, ventilation is very cool. Price is also great specially if you are budget conscious . Rucksack has its own Pool, Restaurant and Bar. Plus activities for guests every night. You will definitely enjoy your stay.
