GGuest UserI wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel, at least not for the price I paid – around $45 USD.
For $20 USD, I've stayed in much better conditions on Panglao, with my own terrace in front of the room and two pools.
Here are my reasons:
1. Moldy smell in the room.
2. The windows and view were awful. They looked like they'd never been cleaned, and honestly, there's no point when your view is a wall.
3. Everything in the room was old, and the plumbing was peeling. It's puzzling why they'd put in a fancy toilet in such a dilapidated room.
4. The water had an odor, and the pressure wasn't great.
5. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor, and the constant going up and down was not pleasant.
6. The pool was nominal, just for show. It's tiny, really only suitable for kids.
7. As for the food, it's there, and if you're not picky, you can have breakfast. But it was the same every day, and the meat delicacies and fish looked terrible. The purple sausages were surreal.
On the positive side:
1. The location is convenient, and there's a spacious parking area for motorbikes.
2. There's a refrigerator in the room.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and has good amenities. The rooms and common areas were kept tidy, and I appreciate the effort put into maintaining the property.
However, my biggest concern was the Wi-Fi connection. I stayed for a week and experienced connectivity issues throughout my entire stay. As someone who relies on internet access, I ended up using my mobile data most of the time because the Wi-Fi was unreliable.
I also found that some of the staff in the dining area were not very welcoming. While not everyone was unfriendly, a few crew members came across as dismissive and seemed to have an attitude when interacting with guests. Customer service is an important part of the hotel experience, and I hope management can provide additional training to ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued.
Overall, the hotel has good facilities and cleanliness standards, but the Wi-Fi issues and inconsistent customer service affected my experience.

The hotel itself is newly opened, and it shows in the excellent condition and cleanliness of the property. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere after long days of exploring the island. We also appreciated the quality amenities provided, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay.
One of the highlights of this hotel is its stunning location. The breathtaking sea view combined with the beautiful view of Cloud 9 created a peaceful and scenic environment that truly captured the charm of Siargao. The pool area was also very well-maintained and provided the perfect place to unwind and relax.
The food served at the hotel was excellent, with delicious meals that we genuinely enjoyed throughout our stay. Every aspect of the experience reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction.
Another major advantage is the hotel’s location, as it is conveniently within walking distance to Cloud 9, making it very accessible for guests who want to explore one of Siargao’s most popular attractions.
Overall, we had an exceptionally pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siargao. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, beautiful scenery, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to the island.

＞ We stayed at Ferra Resort for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our flight arrived early, and they were very accommodating by allowing us to check in as early as 11:00 AM, which we truly appreciated.
They even prepared a small suprise for me since we arrived on the day of my birthday.
We booked the Rattan Villa for five people, and it was incredibly spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. We also had restful nights—the beds were so soft and comfortable that it felt like sleeping in a five-star hotel.
The resort has a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon.
We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Having a wider selection would be especially helpful for guests staying several days.
The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and approachable. They assisted us with everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay, making us feel well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Ferra Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and private getaway. It's an excellent choice for families, couples, or anyone who simply wants to relax and enjoy a quiet retreat.

AAlbert0 travellerOverall a very good resort, located on the main road close to all the action and night life. They provide a free tuk tuk to take you to a particular place on this road whether it is a restaurant or the Cloud nine beach. The resort has its own small beach. The villas have a fan and air con.. The bathroom has 2 showers, one inside and one outside which is nice.The shower heads though are due for decalcification to provide a good and comfortable shower.
Be aware that villas that are located close to the road are quite noisy. Breakfast is buffet style and is served near the pool.
If you arrive before the official check in time of 2pm and even if your villa is ready, you will have to pay an extra fee to get the key.

MM325693****Pros: Great location, convenient for commuting to the city or surfing (5-10 minute motorbike ride). Restaurants nearby, convenient for dining. Friendly and attentive service. Clean room.
Cons: King room faces the street, which can be quite noisy, especially with motorcycles at night. We recommend booking a suite that doesn't face the street. The downstairs building is still under renovation, so it can be quite noisy in the afternoons.

• hotel is new, they only opened last August
• room was very spacious
• beds, pillows, comforter were very comfortable
• bathroom was very spacious with complimentary toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner
• airconditioning was superb
• room has a balcony (that we didn’t use)
Cons
• because it’s new, apparently their how shower has not been installed yet. But they provide hot water from the kitchen and will bring to the room in a pail 😂
• location is not ideal as it is a good 10-minute walk on a dirt road to get to the main tourism road
• breakfast wasn’t impressive. The tapa and the tocino were tough.
All in all, it’s still value for money. The entries crew were very friendly and accommodating. And I will still consider staying there next time.

SSoner_mA great hostel for socialising! Lots of people from all over the world, large rooms and a great overall vibe. They have comedy nights, bingo, karaoke and more. We really enjoyed our stay here.
They also have motorcycle rental for around 400-500 pesos a day. Would highly recommend!
