The hotel is a bit dated but functional. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but everything else was impeccable. The location is great, and the staff were welcoming and professional. The breakfast was more than excellent, with both sweet and savory options. Great value for money. Absolutely recommend.

The reception staff is okay beyond the fact that the room is 90€ and if you arrive at 8 am and you need to sleep because you had a nighttime flight they will charge you 111€ extra for this price I really suggest you to sleep elsewhere, the restaurant team members are absolutely not nice there was an east European waiter that called me and my friend prostitut@s on Russian ( while talking on the phone and serving a drink in the same time commenting on the phone that she gave to serve at a prostitut@s ) and they have a really cool gym but no spa or massage The staff have to be more careful because I speak 7 languages and you never know who you have in front of you .

A hotel caters for conferences and business meetings. Very spacious common area with plenty of comfortable seating and lovely outdoors area in the middle of the hotel. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern. The downside is the toiletries, the shampoo, body wash and body lotion smelt off. Luckily I brought my own because the fragrance of their complimentary toiletries was unacceptable. The buffet breakfast was decent and plentiful with the hot foods and pastry section. The standouts were the fresh croissants, bacon and the coffee from the self-service machine was just like the bar. The fresh fruits were tasteless but I loved the dried nuts selection. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym also had a variety of professional equipment. I would definitely return and recommend to other travellers but bring your own toiletries.

Мы уже отдыхали в этом отеле в 2019 году, с тех пор отель конечно устал, да и сервис снизился (нет полотенец бесплатных для пляжа, не выдают воду в бутылках, нет тапочек и тп). Но по соотношению цена/качество - всё ещё это одно из лучших решений! Отель на первой береговой линии, достаточно близко к вокзалу, в пешей доступности магазины. Около отеля много вкусных ресторанов, сувенирных магазинов. Завтрак тоже изменился не в лучшую сторону, но в целом неплохой шведский стол, голодными точно не уйдете. Бассейн есть, но отключили подогрев, поэтому никто не мог им воспользоваться - вода ледяная. Спа услугами не пользовались. На 4 звезды не тянет, но на 3 звезды - вполне.

After a long day of travel and meetings, it felt like a safe pause, a place where my mind could finally rest while my heart caught up. Breakfast was bright and generous, full of small details that made the morning feel lighter. The smell of coffee, the sound of soft conversation, the way sunlight filled the dining area, it was the kind of calm that makes you grateful to simply be there.

The room is indeed small and old, and the floor is full of scratches. The sanitary conditions are acceptable, and the breakfast is also pretty good. I want to complain about the front desk waiter. On the second day of my stay, I was already in the elevator and he chased me to ask if I had a key... It was a bit strange.

Отель превзошёл все ожидания! Очень дружелюбная и гостеприимная семья, которая им владеет. Мне помогли с багажом, оформили раннее заселение, всегда встречали с улыбкой и были готовы помочь. Завтрак оказался очень вкусным и разнообразным, что редкость для Рима, особенно до 11 утра. Номер безупречно чистый, с удобной кроватью и прекрасным балконом с видом. Сам отель полностью новый и отремонтированный, находиться в нём — одно удовольствие. Обязательно вернулась бы снова!

Great location, only a short walk to and from the old town centre, and right next to the Parma Centrale. Parking available, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only slight downside was that the AC wasn’t working properly, but the staff ensured that we were well taken care of.
