Great facilities, very modern, comfortable and welcoming. Staff always helpful and friendly. Service during dinner very fast! Very complete spa, we went on a Friday in December and it wasn't crowded, we were able to use everything as much as we wanted.

Very good and peaceful hotel. We've been here many times before. For the first time, I had a massage, which I highly recommend. It's a great place to relax and enjoy all the amenities offered.

Overnight stay during a two-day conference. Easy and free parking at the back, with entrance on the 7th floor of the hotel, close to the fire department parking lot. Cozy room, spacious bathroom and everything clean (some wear and tear but nothing that compromises). Very good breakfast which ends up being a strong point. Friendly and helpful staff

The hotel's view is astonishing and provides a unique experience for guests. The service, both at reception and in the restaurant, is highlighted by the team's sympathy and professionalism. However, one point to improve is the quality of Wi-Fi, which has shown frequent connection failures. The restaurant is excellent quality, with a highlight for brown pudding and T-bone meat, both highly recommended. In addition, the resort adjacent to the restaurant is extremely welcoming, equipped with households that provide a pleasant environment. However, it was noted that the houses were only accessed on the first day of the stay, and in the following days, despite the most cold, the environment remained comfortable due to air conditioning. Finally, a suggestion of improvement would increase the temperature of the heated pool, making the experience even more pleasant for guests.

Very nice hotel, we only stayed overnight but it was perfect; clean, quiet, and a pretty big room, and we had a nice view out the back. They had a restaurant in the hotel but we walked into town instead, but the breakfast was good, lots to choose from and the staff was very accommodating.

We only stayed 1 night, but it was clean and comfortable, in a good location, with parking and the breakfast has lots to choose from. It also had a bar and restaurant which we didn't go to but looked very inviting.

The hotel service is generally good. The room we stayed was spacious and had balcony, which is always an extra interesting. It's a pity that you didn't meet my request, nothing extravagant about having a couple bed instead of two single beds.

It was a very special experience for me. The hotel was built with stone walls and looked in harmony with nature. It was very pretty and neat. The service was friendly and breakfast was delicious.

After Gym Hotel races behaviour, the police led us to this hotel and it was a great place to stay. Our other commitments didnt provide the opportunity to extend our stay. The employees were friendly and helpful. We promised to visit the ancient city again.

Hotel is a bit on the older side. Toilet door was not functioning great and they didn’t provide free water in the room. Breakfast options were good. And lots of parking in the surrounding area
