Everything was comfortable. It was my boyfriend's birthday, and we received a complimentary gift. The hotel atmosphere was very pleasant. The spa was excellent. Thank you. The room was also spacious, with a nice big bed and a city view.

My room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, check-in was quick and efficient, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. The overall ambiance is elegant, the facilities are comprehensive, and it offers great value for money. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for future trips. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best hotels in the area. Since there are relatively few foreigners, there aren't many hotels where English is spoken. If you want a hassle-free experience, this is the place to go. It seems like airlines also stay here. The breakfast is also quite good.

The price is relatively high, there is a free spa, if there is an additional charge for massage, the breakfast is also rich in variety, but the taste of Central Asia is really unpalatable, and the scenery outside is quite good.

The complimentary water bottles brought to the room during cleaning were a great added bonus. - Some smoke drifted into the apartment from outside because the window seals were a bit worn. The official hotel gate could be added to map applications so that Yandex cars could find their way more easily. — Airport transfer was included in the price, but we didn't get it upon arrival. The airport was over 20km away. When we were leaving, we asked if we could have a ride for the 7-kilometer journey to the airport instead of the transfer, but it couldn't be provided, and this inflexibility genuinely surprised us.

The staff was kind and the room was as beautiful as a Japanese business hotel. Also, I didn't expect it at all, but the breakfast was great! Smetana, Pirosiki and Samsa are all you can eat! 2I stayed but comfortable. Oshbazaar is also close!

I really liked the hotel. It was clean and cozy, and the breakfasts were good. It was conveniently located, within walking or bus distance of the city center. There were restaurants nearby, and the area itself was quiet and peaceful.

I stayed at the hotel for one night after an overnight flight. I checked into my room very quickly. I paid for the room through Trip.com and paid in rubles right there at reception, which was very convenient since our cards don't work in Bishkek. The room was spacious, with a great view. The hotel is convenient for accessing the city's main attractions. I'd like to highlight the friendly staff and the decent breakfasts. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
