This Hotel is amazing with nice grand lobby. Room was big and service is top notch. Totally recommended

The room is very spacious. Amenities are one of the best with everything well equipped. The staff friendliness is highly commendable always attentive to our requirements. We ordered room dining and breakfast over at the Spoon Restaurant was really good. The hotel location may not have much to do around as most attractions are quite a drive away. But overall it was a lovely stay and would definitely consider to come back.

Are we sure this is a 5 star hotel? Service was good, staff are friendly. Location is ok. Rooms need a bit of maintenance. The air con is TOO loud, particularly noticeable at night. No earplugs, no sleep! And connecting rooms are a nightmare if your neighbour wants to be loud all night. With so many rooms why would they allocate adjoining before normal? We had to change room after the first night. Hotel is OK overall

Hands down the best hotel in Medan! An incredible view f the whole city 🌆 from my 21st floor window.  Breakfast is truly awesome!  😎  I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and of them all I would say this is the best breakfast.   Every morning the chefs 🧑🍳 made me homemade French toast cooked to perfection and an amazing omelette.  And there are so many severs there who brought me iced lattes, ginger teas, and countless other hand squeezed fruit juices. Extremely personal service all in exquisite Indonesian hospitality.  Also breakfast has great ale too s across many countries:  Indian, Indonesian, Danish, Malaysian, American.  Definitely something for every guest all in a very high quality presentation.  Shout out to Andi for personalized service and great management and Brian at the front desk with great check in service - both fast and friendly. Brian also spent a few extra minutes with me to walk me through some nice sites and restaurants in Medan.  Helpful and informative!  Indeed, a very classy hotel with a great pool and only 2 minute walk to Sumatra’s best shopping mall, Deli Park.

Is a hotel situated in between shop house. However, the hotel set up is not like a shop house hotel. The hotel has poor soundproof, and it gets disturbed by the noise outside of the room. The room does not come with windows. Hotel provides basic amenities. Don't expect luxury.

Very good location and nice room. But the lift is still in maintenance so the waiting lift takes time .

Inside shopping complex, just walk away from train station to Airport. Many cafes and eateries around

We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean, though a bit small for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, and the rooftop café was a nice place to relax, although the food and drinks were a bit overpriced. The resort layout feels a bit compact since it’s built on terraced land. One thing we missed was the cozy, local village vibe that Tuk Tuk is known for—the atmosphere here felt a bit more generic. Still, considering the limited similar-level options in Tuk Tuk, this resort is a decent choice and I’d consider staying here again.

After landing at the airport late at night, it was great to arrive safely at this hotel — you can tell it’s safe from the outset. The room itself was a bit worn, but for just one night it was alright. The reception staff were super helpful also!

The food and beverage outlets are amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The service here amazing, free ice cream whilst waiting for check-in is just the tip of the iceberg. The deep joy pool, everyone should dive into once. Their luxury white fluffy towels, plush white bath robes and heavenly-smelling shower gels in tiny little bottles 一there's something about padding around in their fancy bathroom that feels gloriously decadent. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, and the hotel's facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. Located conveniently in the heart of the city, this hotel is the epitome of luxury. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience. Recommend this hotel to anyone that can afford it.
