Cristina was a lovely server. The strawberry French toast was delicious and looked beautiful on the plate. I really appreciate a clean restaurant, and the whole staff was so friendly. It made for a very relaxed breakfast.

Been coming here for years, and the outdoor space is why. It’s huge, feels open even when it’s busy. Perfect for a long breakfast or just working on the laptop. The one bathroom situation is a bit of a hassle sometimes, but I keep coming back for that patio.

The staff is always so friendly, even when they're super busy on weekends. You can tell they really care about keeping things moving smoothly.

The pan-fried noodles with seafood are fantastic. Came for pho but wanted a change. The crispy noodles with shrimp and squid were spot on. A solid choice if you're in the mood for something different.

Been coming here for 2 years, mostly for the curry. The portion size is solid for the price, you get a good amount. It's my go-to spot when I just want a reliable, filling meal without spending too much.

The almond croissant here is my go-to. Flaky, buttery, and always warm. Paired with their latte, it's the perfect little pick-me-up. I stop by whenever I need a quick, reliable treat.

Love the patio here. It's tucked away just enough to feel cozy, but you still get that perfect view of the street. Spent a whole afternoon with my latte, just watching the world go by in Japantown. Exactly the kind of low-key spot I needed.

Tried the tortilla soup, which is their soup of the day. They let you sample it first, which is nice. The portion is decent and it comes with a piece of bread for dipping. For the price, it's a solid lunch option.

Been coming here for years. Their Mexican hot chocolate with cinnamon is the real deal, rich and not too sweet. Got it to-go in their compostable container, which is a thoughtful detail. It's my go-to warm-up drink now.

I really appreciate how fresh the ingredients are here. The vegetables in my salad were crisp and vibrant, and the grilled chicken tasted like it was prepared just for me. It's clear they care about quality. A bit on the pricier side, but you can taste the difference.

Stopped in for breakfast and those pumpkin pecan pancakes were the star. Really nice texture, and the pecans added a good crunch. My husband's omelette looked solid, too. Service was quick.

Just popped in for a coffee, but honestly, the staff's kindness was the real highlight. They were so genuinely nice and helpful. It's a rare, refreshing feeling these days. ☕️

Horace remembered my name from a visit last month. That personal touch is rare. The service is efficient and he clearly cares about the place. Makes a difference.

The pho here is just right, not too salty. Nice find in Carmel.

They have this little outdoor patio in the back. It's tucked away from the street, just a few tables under some string lights. Felt really peaceful back there.

Nice spot to stretch your legs on a road trip. The patio under the redwoods is pretty.

The noise from the nearby school is a thing, but if you miss that window, it's a nice quiet spot. Their house red was a solid choice for the pasta.

The sandwich selection here is solid, and they use really fresh ingredients. What stood out was the staff's willingness to accommodate my custom order—they were super friendly about it. A nice, straightforward lunch spot.

Been coming here for years, and the savory crepes are why. The Tuscany or the California, doesn't matter which. They're always hearty, packed with fresh greens, and just taste right. That balance is consistent.

The upstairs brewery and coffee bar has a great vibe. I really appreciate their solid selection of microbrews and good appetizers.

Been coming here for years, and that rose latte is still my go-to. It's got just the right hint of floral, never too strong. A bit tricky to spot from the street, but that's part of the charm.

The branzino was the star. Skin seared crisp, flesh perfectly flaky and moist. The lemon-herb sauce cut through the richness just right. Everything else was fine, but that fish is why you come.

Breakfast is a real treat here. The pancakes are something special, and the fresh sourdough toast is always fluffy and delicious. I really appreciate the comfortable booths, makes it easy to relax with a coffee.

Service here is really good. Staff is friendly and helpful, food came out quick. Everything tasted fresh. Nice spot for a casual bite.

Love the breakfast burrito with feta here. It's a good size, not too heavy. They have solid vegan and gluten-free choices too, which is nice. Sitting by the pier makes for a relaxing morning.

The coconut shrimp is the only thing I care about here. The batter is crispy, not greasy, and the coconut flavor is actually noticeable. The shrimp inside is big and doesn't taste rubbery at all. That's a solid dish.

The pet menu was a thoughtful surprise! My dog got a little grilled chicken and rice bowl. The chicken looked fresh, not greasy at all. It's nice to find a place that considers our furry friends' meals too, not just ours.

Parking's tight, but they have a small lot in back. The energy inside is lively, which works for a casual business lunch. Food came out quickly.

A classic mom-and-pop spot. The owner’s been here forever and you can tell—service is smooth, no fuss. Got the daily special, felt like a regular.
