We came for dinner on a Tuesday, place was busy but not crazy. Had the seafood linguine, plenty of shrimp and mussels, sauce was decent. The risotto was good too, creamy enough. Staff were friendly, not hovering. Prices fair for what you get. Solid spot if you're in the area, I'd go back.

We had dinner here and the view of the lit-up Venetian castle is really something. Food was decent for the price, nothing fancy but solid. The Ekmek kataifi dessert was the highlight though. Pretty good spot if you're in the area and want a nice setting without spending too much.

We stopped by twice while staying in Rethymno. The lamb kleftiko was really good, fell right off the bone. Second time I tried the Cretan spaghetti with shrimp, also tasty. Staff remembered us from the first visit, which was a nice touch. Only small thing, the tables are a bit close together, but it didn't bother us much. Solid spot for a relaxed dinner.

The fish was really good, fresh and cooked nicely. Service was a bit slow but whatever. Right on the marina so the view makes up for it. 👍

Stopped by for a quick bite. Grilled shrimp were solid, and the free dessert was a nice touch. Bathroom could be cleaner, but for a fast lunch it did the job.

The truffle rigatoni was really good—creamy, not too heavy. They even brought us a little dessert on the house, which I didn’t expect. Prices felt fair for what you get. Only small thing: the wine list seemed a bit short that night, but I’d still come back for the pasta.

We came here twice during our trip and honestly it was so good both times. The menu has a ton of options which is nice when you’re with friends who can’t decide 😅 Prices felt fair for what you get. Service was quick too, we never had to wait long. Definitely a solid pick if you’re in the area.

Food was solid and the place has a nice vibe, but service felt a bit scattered. Took forever to get our wine order in. Prices run high, though the dishes made up for it.

The cheese balls were decent, and the sausage casserole was pretty good too. Simple, traditional cooking done right. No draft beer, which was a bit of a letdown, but the food made up for it. Fine spot if you're after something hearty.

Stopped by for lunch and the souvlaki was spot on 🔥 Staff were super friendly too. Honestly liked it so much we ended up coming back for dinner later that day.

Big portions, friendly staff. View from the terrace is the real selling point. Food was decent, nothing mind-blowing, but fine for the price. Worth the drive if you're already in the area.

Solid spot right on the beach. Got the grilled octopus and it was spot on. Prices fair for what you get. Sitting under the trees after a swim, that was the move. Staff friendly enough. Place gets busy but worth it.

The pornstar martini here is genuinely good—probably the best I've had, and I've tried a few. Cocktail list is decent overall, not too fussy. Lighting gives the place a nice mood without trying too hard. Only thing is it got a bit busy later on, but that's on me for staying. Fine spot for a drink if you're in the area.

The view from the terrace is unreal — whole valley spread out below. Had the grilled octopus, pretty solid. Breezy up there but that's part of the charm. Worth the drive up the hill.

Happy hour cocktails here are actually a good deal. Tried a few and they were all pretty well-balanced, not too sweet. Service was quick too, which I appreciated. Maybe not the most creative menu, but for the price it does the job. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

The staff pointed us to a few local spots after we finished eating. Pita plates were solid and the free fries on the side were a nice touch for a late night stop.

Been coming here for years, same family running it the whole time. Food's still homemade and honest, menu changes with whatever's fresh. Owner remembers you, makes you feel like you're at his place.

Came here with a couple of friends on a random weeknight and honestly the cocktails were the highlight 🍸 We ordered a bunch of stuff to share and everything tasted fresh, not too heavy. Place got a bit loud later but that kinda added to the vibe for hanging out. Would come back if I’m in the neighborhood again.

Great spot not far from Agia Pelagia. We got a complimentary dessert with our meal, which was a nice touch. The food was tasty and portions were generous.

The roast lamb tsigariasto was really good—tender and full of flavor with the wine and olive oil. The spaghetti and anthoti cheese on the side worked nicely. Simple and well done.

Been here a few times now. Club sandwich still hits the spot and the portion size is fair for what you pay. Service is friendly, even if it's clearly aimed at tourists. Solid spot when you're in the center.

The Greek salad was decent and the portion generous. They even threw in free meze, raki, and dessert, which was a nice touch.

Shared breakfast was perfect for two, tons of food. My freddo cappuccino was spot on. Prices are fair and the staff were lovely. Good spot to catch up with friends. 😊

Came for the mixed fish platter—swordfish, bream, salmon, shrimp. Grilled well, nothing overdone. Right across from the beach, so the whole place feels open and breezy. House wine was decent. Only thing: the seating’s a bit tight, but you’re not really there for the chairs.

Stopped by The Bankery for a quick coffee and something sweet. The pastries really are good, fresh and not too heavy. Prices are fair for the location, right in the center of Rethymno. It was busy but I found a seat by the window, which was nice. Service was friendly enough, though I did wait a bit to order. Fine for a relaxed break.

The seafood risotto was the star—creamy, loaded with fresh stuff, and I paired it with a solid Greek white wine that cut through the richness nicely. Gyros pita was okay, nothing special. Sat right by the sea, which made the whole thing feel better. Service kept it simple and friendly.

The tuna steak was unreal 😍 and the cocktails hit the spot while watching the sunset. Staff were super sweet with our kids. We actually came back the next day for lunch.

Stayed here for two weeks and honestly the staff made it. Always smiling, always had ideas for what to do around town. They were great with the kids too, which mattered more than anything. Room was fine, nothing fancy, but for what we paid it felt fair. Would come back just for the people.

The grilled fish was so fresh it barely needed anything else. Lovely little family place.

The grilled calamari was seriously good and the portion size actually made sense for the price. Fish tasted super fresh too. Would come back with my friends for sure 👍
