Easy to get to by tram, that’s always a plus for me. Place is big, could easily fit 30-40 people. I only had a salad and some grilled veggies, but the greens were actually fresh, not wilted. Staff friendly enough. Would go back if I’m in the area again.

Been coming here for years. Food's still solid, service is on point. Place has that familiar feel, like you're just stopping by a neighbor's spot. Not fancy, but you know what you're getting. That's why I keep going back.

The mint mocha was really good, and the red velvet cheesecake hit the spot. Nice view too, though it got a bit busy later on.

Prices are a bit steep for the area, but the ingredients tasted really fresh. I had a simple salad and the greens were crisp, the dressing light. Good spot if you care about that kind of thing.

The pasta here is the real deal—homemade style and honestly better than the pizza. Cozy spot with multiple rooms, great for groups. Prices are fair for the quality.

The staff surprised us with a candle dessert and sang—so sweet. Food was good, though the room got a bit loud later. Still, that little touch made the night.

Great spot right by the cathedral — the view alone is worth it. Pasta was cooked just right, and the staff didn't rush us. Solid pick in the Altstadt.

Stopped by for dinner after arriving by train — super easy to find. The historic vibe inside is pretty cool, nothing fancy but fits the area. We were a bigger group and they handled it fine. Food was decent, though nothing blew me away. Probably better if you're nearby than going out of your way.

The 5-course lunch for €55 felt fair for what you get. Plates came out with some nice presentation, nothing over the top though. Service was there when needed, not hovering. I liked that the room wasn't too loud, easy to actually talk. Maybe not a place I'd rush back to, but a decent midday stop.

Caesar salad was solid. Lunch menu's cheap for what you get. Service quick, no waiting around. Place was busy but they handled it fine. Good spot if you're near the office.

The wine list is solid, and the staff actually knows what they're talking about. We let them pick a Toscana and it worked really well with the food. The homemade limoncello at the end was a nice touch too. Only thing is the pours are a bit on the smaller side for the price, but at least you're getting quality. I'd come back for the wine alone.

The dinner buffet had a solid spread, especially the grill station. Room was a bit too quiet for my taste, but the food kept me busy.

Stopped by for lunch and grabbed a plate of the hot and cold options. Pay-by-weight works well if you want to try a bit of everything. Lentil lasagna was the best thing I had. Place was busy but moved fast enough. Fine if you're in the area and want something quick and decent.

The food was solid — really authentic Italian, and the wine list had some good picks. Only thing: the seating area felt a bit dark for my taste. Kind of old-school charm though, so I didn’t mind it much. Would come back for the pasta alone.

We stopped by for lunch and I really liked the Hessian dishes. The wood-burning stove gives the place a proper cozy feel, not too fancy. Service was friendly and we didn't have to wait long. Only thing is the seating is a bit tight, but for a quick meal it was fine. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped by for the three-course dinner — price was fair for what you get. Wine by the glass was decent too. Place is easy to miss from the outside, but it’s got a nice quiet vibe inside. Solid choice if you’re in Offenbach and don’t want to overthink where to eat.

Carbonara was decent, guanciale done right. Portion could be bigger for the price though. Location’s handy if you’re already in the center.

Came here with a few friends and the owner Botan was so welcoming, made us feel right at home. Food was fresh and didn’t break the bank. Great spot for a casual catch-up 🙂

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Open kitchen and shared tables give it a nice casual vibe. Food’s interesting and the price is fair for what you get. Just be ready to sit close to strangers—not ideal if you want space. Still, solid spot for a fast bite.

The pizza here was solid, classic Italian style. I had the pasta too, and it was cooked just right. The place itself looks a bit tired from the outside, and the interior is nothing fancy, but honestly, the food makes up for it. You can tell they've been doing this for decades. Service was friendly enough, and I didn't feel rushed. Just a good, no-fuss meal.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. The Calabrese food is solid, really rustic flavors. Owner was friendly, made the short visit feel personal. Good spot if you're in a hurry but want something real.

Stumbled into this place while wandering around Mannheim’s center—modern vibe but the food feels properly European. Had a dish where the ingredients just tasted really fresh, like someone actually cared about sourcing. Wine list caught my eye too. Service was friendly, not over the top. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is, but I’d go back.

The pork knuckle was spot on. Crispy skin, tender inside, proper amount of salt. Had it with a side of potato salad, that alone was worth the money. Portion is generous for the price. Nothing fancy, just straightforward good food.

Small family-run spot, the kind you almost walk past. Menu’s short but you can tell everything’s made properly. Owner’s a bit of a character, adds to the charm. Worth stopping by if you’re nearby.

Loved the vibe here. Felt like a quick trip to Greece, honestly. Staff was super friendly, made us feel at home. Food was solid, came out hot. Place was busy but not chaotic. Definitely a spot I'd hit again if I'm in the area.

We stopped by on a busy Saturday night. Schnitzel was solid, crispy, not greasy. Cordon bleu came out hot, cheese properly melted. Portions are generous, I couldn't finish mine. Service kept it together despite the crowd. Nothing fancy, just honest cooking. Prices fair for what you get. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

One of the better döner spots in Mannheim, especially if you're coming straight from the train. Got the yufka and it was made fresh to order, meat was juicy and well seasoned. Place gets busy around lunchtime, so expect a short wait. But worth it if you want something quick and solid.

The trio enchiladas were so good last year, but this time the flautas just tasted like baked chicken with tomato sauce. Staff and drinks saved it though. 😕

The mixed Italian plate was decent for the price—you get a solid portion without feeling ripped off. Contactless card ordering made it quick once I got to the front, and watching them prep the food was a nice touch. Queue moved slow though, took about 15 minutes just to order. Fine if you're not in a rush.

Great spot right in the center, yet surprisingly quiet. Sat outside, plenty of space between tables. Nice change from the usual cramped terraces.
