The mango lassi alone is worth the trip. Thick, creamy, not too sweet, proper balance of yogurt and mango. Had it with the butter chicken, which was solid too. Terrace is small but fine for a quick bite. Maybe slightly overpriced for the portion, but I'd come back for that lassi.

Walked in for dinner and the place looks way fancier than the price suggests. Staff was friendly, not pushy. Had the kadhai paneer — proper desi taste, garam masala came through nicely. Asked for extra spice and they got it right. Solid spot if you're craving something with actual flavor.

The brownie dessert is seriously good. Big enough to share, super fudgy and rich, with vanilla ice cream on top. We got it after dinner and honestly could've just ordered that and been happy. Perfect little sweet ending for a chill night out with friends. 🍫

Tucked away in the old town, cozy vibe. Food looked great, the unique dishes really stood out. Service was friendly, no complaints there. Solid spot if you're nearby.

Came for the ribs, and honestly, they were as good as people say. Meat was really tender, fell right off the bone. The owner has this quirky vibe, but he came across as polite and even generous. I’d go back just for that smoky flavor. Maybe not the cheapest spot, but the quality makes up for it.

The owner still remembers everyone’s name—that says a lot. Gyros were solid, tzatziki fresh. House wine did the job, nothing fancy but paired well with the meal.

I’ve ordered from here a few times now, and the vegetarian options are pretty solid. The daal makhani was delicious and arrived hot. Some of the paneer dishes leaned a bit sweet rather than spicy, even when I asked for heat. Still, it’s a good choice for Indian food in Mainz.

Great spot for a quick bite. Food came out fast and tasted solid. Nothing fancy inside but that's fine. Would stop by again if I'm in the area.

The space is huge — used to be a bathhouse, which is kinda cool. They’ve got different little areas, so you can find a quiet corner or sit with a bigger group. Vibe is trendy but not try-hard. Only thing: I wasn’t blown away by the portion sizes for what you pay. Fine for a drink or two, but I’d eat somewhere else first.

Stumbled in on a busy Friday and grabbed a seat at the bar. The lamb ragout was super tender, exactly what I needed after a long week. Place was packed but the vibe was fine. Would come back for that dish alone.

The menu is pretty big and they do have halal options, which I always appreciate. Staff switched between languages without missing a beat when I was ordering. Nice to find a spot where you don't have to struggle to explain what you want.

Luca really made the dinner stand out. He kept talking about Piemonte and explained every dish with such passion. The truffle-filled Agnolotti was the best part. Only the cassata was a bit underwhelming. Would come back for the food and that kind of service.

The tasting menu was a solid way to try a bit of everything. Portions are decent for the price, which is rare around here. I went for the a la carte instead and didn't regret it. Wine pairing suggestion was on point too. Service kept it moving without hovering. Just wish they had a few more seats at the bar, but that's minor.

The pork knuckle was the real deal. Crispy skin, tender meat, proper mustard on the side. That's what I came for. Didn't care much about the rest. Portion was generous, price fair for what you get. Would eat that again. Maybe skip the sides next time, just get the knuckle and a beer.

Service was spot on even though the place was jammed. Food arrived fast. A wasp showed up outside and they dealt with it using some clever trap, made us laugh. Solid spot, nothing fancy but they know what they're doing.

Been coming here for a while now, and it’s still my go-to in Darmstadt. The Italian food is solid, especially the pasta. Staff’s friendly, never felt rushed. Place gets a bit busy on weekends, but that’s fine. Just a nice, relaxed spot to grab dinner.

Solid breakfast spot in Darmstadt. They handle gluten-free properly, not just as an afterthought. Staff remembered us from last time and found us a quiet table.

Decent spot for a Saturday night. Place was packed but we got a table inside without too long a wait. Had the souvlaki with rice — pretty good, and the portion felt fair for what you pay. Staff were friendly enough. Nothing fancy, but it did the job.

The onion rings alone are worth stopping here for. Crunchy, not greasy, probably the best I've had in a while. Burger was solid too, nothing crazy but it hit the spot. Place was a bit busy when I went, but whatever. Fine for a quick bite if you're in the area.

Booked a table on the terrace and it was the right call. Food was good, but the vibe outside really made it. Service was friendly too.

We stumbled in for a late lunch and grabbed a table on the terrace. Had the schnitzel, it was crispy and the portion was generous. Nothing fancy, just solid home-style cooking. Service was a bit slow but they were busy. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The crunchy rolls and eel maki are solid picks here. Vegetarian options are a nice change too. Just skip the miso soup, it's pretty bland. Good spot for a casual sushi fix.

The matcha chocolate cake was a lovely surprise. Service was friendly and fast, and the ramen was satisfying. A nice find.

Lovely old-style place, really liked the atmosphere. Food was fresh and well prepared. It's a bit outside town, but parking was easy and it felt calm.

The lighting in there is really something. Dim, warm, made the whole place feel instantly cozy. Had the schnitzel, it was solid. Staff were nice, not overly chatty. Maybe a bit slow at times, but I didn't mind. Just a good, unpretentious spot to unwind. 🌿

We grabbed a table outside last week. The pizza was decent, though I wish the crust had a bit more char. The tomato sauce tasted really fresh, that was the highlight for me. It gets pretty packed around 7, so we were lucky to have reserved. Fine for a casual evening, nothing fancy.

Stopped by for dinner and grabbed a glass of local wine — the staff actually knew what they were talking about. Food was solid, especially the regional dishes. Bill came out a bit higher than expected, but I didn’t feel ripped off. Place was busy but not chaotic. Fine for a casual evening out.

Been coming here for a while now. The beef fillet in Barolo sauce is still the reason I keep going back. Tender, rich, exactly what I want. Dessert sampler was solid too. Portions feel a bit bigger than last time, which I won't complain about. Service stays friendly without hovering.
