A local tipped me off about this pub. Staff were really friendly. The outdoor area looks like it’ll be great in summer.

First time here, the flatbreads and calamari were spot on. The owner even made some garlic mayo for us on request, really nice touch.

The Madri at £3.25 during happy hour is the main draw. It's a decent pint for the price, cold and poured well. The snooker tables are a nice bonus, but honestly, I'm just here for the beer.

Been ordering from here for years. The lamb biryani is consistently good, and they deliver on time. A solid option when you need a reliable takeaway.

Popped in on a quiet afternoon. Staff were friendly, had a nice chat while I waited. Place is always clean and tidy, which I appreciate. Just a solid, reliable spot for a quick bite.

Got the new Beefy Fries Burrito. It's huge, honestly could barely finish it. Came out piping hot which was nice. For the price, you're definitely getting a lot of food.

I've always liked the food here. The truffle pasta tonight was just right, creamy without being heavy. A solid choice for a quiet dinner.

The cocktails here are lovely. I had a really interesting one with rosemary, it was served so nicely. They do some good offers too, which is a nice touch. A very pleasant spot for a relaxed drink.

The fish batter was incredibly crisp, just how I like it. The chips had that proper fried texture too. I really appreciated that they had tartar sauce ready on the table – it felt fresh and convenient. A solid choice for a simple, satisfying meal.

Stumbled upon this place in Goole. The vibe is just right, really cosy and unpretentious. Had the fish and chips - the batter was light and crispy, chips were spot on. A solid find, will probably pop in again.

The pizza was the star - a perfectly thin, crisp crust with a generous amount of fresh mozzarella. The atmosphere was buzzing, and the staff were genuinely friendly. A solid spot for a casual dinner.

Proper grilled chicken shish kebab, not tikka. Charcoal flavour is spot on.

Been coming here for years. The chips and gravy are the one thing I always order. They're just consistently good, and the portion is decent for the price. That's why I keep coming back.

The loaded roasties on the Sunday menu were a real highlight. I was so pleased to see they use fresh, seasonal root vegetables and the gravy was rich but not overly heavy. The portion was generous too. A lovely, wholesome choice for a weekend treat.

The lamb shank was spot on, fell right off the bone. Staff are friendly, they even remembered the regular at the next table's usual order. Prices are fair for the portion sizes. A solid, no-fuss spot.

A decent pub with a good choice of beers at fair prices. The outdoor seating is pleasant, though it can get a bit busy.

The staff here are genuinely lovely, made me feel right at home. Coffee's solid, and as someone who avoids gluten, I was chuffed to find a couple of sweet options I could actually have. A nice, easy spot.

The Singapore chow mein was spot on, really hit the spot. The service was quick, got my order in no time. A solid, straightforward meal.

Came with a big group. Everyone found something they liked. The space was clean and felt roomy. Good for a group dinner.

Such a great spot to meet up with friends! They're super dog-friendly in the town centre. The staff were so sweet to my pup, even brought her a little treat. Really nice, relaxed atmosphere for a catch-up.

Good spot for a quick lunch. The chicken curry came out fast, tasted decent. Service was efficient, no fuss. Exactly what I needed on a busy day.

The pizza here is really well made. Fresh toppings, and the crust was crisp without being greasy. Just the right amount of chew to it. A solid choice for a quick, satisfying meal.

We came for a family dinner. I really appreciated the fresh ingredients in my salad, the greens were crisp and the avocado perfectly ripe. It felt like a thoughtful, healthy choice. The setting was relaxed, which was nice for catching up.

A solid chippy that stays open all afternoon. Their cold beer selection pairs well with the fish. Parking out front is usually easy.

Breakfast bun is a proper mess. Sausage, bacon, hash brown, mushrooms, egg. A lot of food. Couldn't finish it.

Staff were really welcoming, especially Kaj. He made us some great off-menu cocktails based on what we like. Made the whole evening.
