The first meal of the trip to Mount Emei and Leshan. It was full of ritual and suitable for tourists who are not in a hurry and are willing to enjoy it slowly. The nine-second beef was really delicious. The beef platter was just so-so. The beef balls tasted okay and the meat content was quite high. The vegetable platter also had some unfamiliar local dishes. I was still a little uncomfortable with the dry sauce. The space was too open. It was really cold to eat in winter, but it was not cold when eating. After playing around, I realized that I would never find a restaurant with such a good environment in Mount Emei and Leshan again.

There is quite a lot of beef here, and it is quite delicious. The taste is indeed very good. The Qiaojiao beef in Leshan is very famous. Apart from Bobo chicken, my favorite is the beef here, which is best for hot pot.

[Hot Pot] Jinshan Emei Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, an old street at the foot of Mount Emei, surrounded by old houses, is unique and very distinctive! [Mint] Environment: Jinshan has many restaurants in the country, but only this one is presented in the form of a museum, showing the cooking utensils and historical culture of the cross-legged beef. The new Chinese style decoration style is matched with many Sichuan-style elements. There is a wooden T-stage in the lobby, which is very impressive. [Service Bell] Service: Maybe it was a holiday that day, there were not many service staff, and the serving and customer complaints were slow. However, the service standard is still good, but the service on that day was indeed not in place. [Hot Pot] Taste: Jinshan’s taste is relatively light. If you like spicy, you can go with a dry sauce, which is a more traditional way to eat cross-legged beef. Here are all set meals, with a meal standard of more than 160 per person. In addition to the bottom of the cross-legged beef and hot dishes, there are also Sichuan-style hot dishes, cold dishes, and snacks. The food is nutritious and tastes good! The overall feeling was good, although there were some regrets that day, but the taste was still very good. After returning to Chongqing, Jinshankoufu became one of the alternatives for work meals.
