Although Emei white meat is not as famous as Lizhuang white meat, it is the god of food in the minds of old Emei people! 

Classic pork belly, with garlic paste, compound soy sauce, red oil, sugar, vinegar, pepper powder, sesame and other seasonings, sprinkled with patchouli, spicy and fresh, moderately salty and sweet, tender meat, fat but not greasy! If you don&#39;t want to lose weight, you can show off a few bowls of rice! 

Emei people like to pair red and white tofu with Chinese food. White tofu is bile water tofu pudding, fresh and juicy, with dipping water is the correct way to eat, fragrant but not spicy; red tofu is pig blood, sprinkled with knife-edge chili and pepper powder, spicy, hot and spicy, melts in the mouth, rich in nutrition. 

Random seasonal vegetable cold dishes are also the favorite of Emei people. They never get tired of eating them, and there is a sense of surprise every time. Our original plan was to go to Dong Ni Loach, but after research, our guide felt that this restaurant was more authentic and time-honored, so we stopped by this restaurant for dinner.
The store is located along the street. You can reach it accurately by following the navigation. It is easy to find.

It looks like there is no decoration at all, it is just an ordinary country restaurant, but the open space at the door is full of private cars, many of which are luxury cars!
So it can be seen that their reputation is really well-known, and there are many people who come here because of their reputation.

The proprietress was very enthusiastic and took care of our table, basically not letting us interfere in ordering. The portion size is still about the same, so there is no waste.

[Boiled shredded eel] 80 per pound
This eel is my favorite.
Because eel has no thorns, it is easier to eat.
It looks very similar to the fish and loach in appearance, with patchouli sprinkled on top, but the taste of the shredded eel is a bit stronger.
Spicy and delicious, the green bamboo shoots on the bottom of the pot are also crisp, tender and delicious.
After eating, be sure to get some noodles and pour them into the soup. After mixing, it will be quite delicious!

【Roasted fish and mackerel tofu】
To me, fish and loach are like spicy diced fish. Although it doesn&rsquo;t have any thorns, the bones can easily pierce me, so I don&rsquo;t like it very much.
However, the meat is still quite delicate, with plenty of seasonings and the unique aroma of Patchouli, which is very appetizing.

It&#39;s a big plate, it&#39;s the kind of transparent white jelly, scraped into thin and long pieces to make it easier to absorb the flavor.
