The mango curry bowl hit the spot, and the ginger iced tea paired with it better than I expected. Chicken karaage stayed crispy, not greasy. Place has a nice vibe, easy to sit and take your time. Service was on point too. Solid lunch spot, especially if you’re into something light but flavorful.

The location is spot on, right in the middle of everything. But inside it felt a bit tight, not much room to move. Service dragged a little, and they only take cash, which caught me off guard. For what you pay, the portion sizes felt a bit small. I left still a little hungry.

Stopped by for afternoon tea on a Saturday. Crowded as expected, but the scones were solid and the terrace view over the village is genuinely nice. They had a caffeine-free coffee option, which I appreciated. Service was efficient, no complaints there. Just book ahead if you go on a weekend, it fills up fast.

The coffee was decent, but honestly the vegan options are what stood out to me. I had the chickpea salad and the greens tasted properly fresh, not sad or wilted. The vintage furniture gives it a relaxed vibe, though the seating isn't the most comfortable for a long sit. Fine for a quick bite if you're in the area.

The crème brûlée French toast was spot on—sweet, rich, and looked great on the plate. Around €15 a head, which felt fair. Solid brunch spot.

The breakfast buffet had a solid veggie spread—I loaded up on the roasted mushrooms and the scrambled eggs with herbs. Staff noticed I was a bit lost and walked me through everything in English, which was nice. Card payment saved me since I never carry cash. Just watch the price if you grab too much, it adds up fast.

Service was spot on—attentive without hovering, which I appreciate. Fourth time here and the food’s stayed consistent, though I mostly come for the wine list. They’ve got a decent Barolo that pairs well with the truffle pasta. Place gets a bit loud later in the evening, but that’s on me for booking late. Solid spot if you know what you’re ordering.

The seafood platter was decent for the price, plenty to share between two. Place was packed for the match, so service was a bit slow. But for what we paid, it felt fair.

Came with 11 people and the bill was fair for what we got. Portions were solid, no one left hungry. Owner checked on us a few times. Fine spot for a casual night out.

The crispy chicken was honestly better than I expected for a mall place. €14.90 felt fair for the portion. Staff were nice and the tables stayed clean even during the rush. Would grab it again if I'm in the area.

Lunch set was solid — fresh fish, careful prep, no fuss. My Japanese friend said it holds up against Tokyo spots. Dinner’s a bit steep though. Calm room, polite staff.

The vegan duck really got me—texture was spot on, could barely tell it wasn’t the real thing. Shrimp alternative was decent too, though a bit softer than I expected. Service was quick and friendly. Glad I gave this place a shot for plant-based options.

Went twice in one trip. That says enough. Vegan pho was solid, fresh herbs actually tasted like something. Drinks were good too. Queue was long the second time but moved fast. Better than the other hyped vegan spot nearby. No contest.

The pad thai was really good, fresh noodles, not too greasy. I had the massaman curry too, the potatoes were soft and the sauce had a nice depth. Prices felt fair for the portion. Only thing, it was a bit warm inside, but I'd still come back for the curry.

The banana bread is a must-order. Moist, loaded with walnuts. Cappuccino on the side works great. Quick stop, no complaints.

Fries were cold, but the currywurst itself was solid. Fine for a quick bite.

The mixed grill was solid, and that Kurdish naan? Fresh out of the oven, really good. Free tea at the end was a nice touch too.

The frozen yogurt itself is solid, creamy and not too sweet. But the vibe shifts when the owner gets short with staff in front of everyone—kinda awkward to sit through.

Stopped by for a quick bite and a drink. The interior is pretty cozy, not too loud. Staff was on it, never had to wait long. Got the schnitzel and a beer, both solid for the price. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

The bowls here are really good — big portions and the peanut sauce is spot on. Prices are fair for the center of Cologne. Place is chill, staff friendly. Would come back for the curry bowl.
