The pineapple fried rice was fresh, not too greasy, and the duck had a nice crisp to it. I came for lunch before 3pm, the special price felt fair for the portion. They take cards here, which I appreciate. Takeout seemed popular too. Maybe slightly busy around noon, but the food held up well.

The IPA selection alone is worth the trip. Tried three different ones, all solid. Being just outside the Altstadt means you can actually taste your beer without the crowd noise.

The terrace was lovely in the evening breeze. Decor inside is cozy too. Service is fine, just had to wave them over when we wanted to order.

The wagyu was fantastic, but getting through on the phone to book took forever. They never picked up. The lighting inside felt a bit harsh for my taste, though.

I had a wonderful experience with the food tasting menu. Every dish was flavorful, especially the tandoori chicken and chicken chetti nadu. Highly recommend trying it!

Stopped by for a quick bite and it did the job. Burrito was big, decent flavor. Not fancy but fine for a lunch break. Place was busy but I got my food fast enough. Would come back if I'm in the area and need something filling.

The foie gras and swordfish were really good. Staff stayed friendly even though we showed up right before their lunch break ended. Appreciated that.

Tiny place, maybe 10 tables. Steak tartare was solid, good seasoning. Ribeye came out exactly as ordered. Booked a day ahead, lucky cause it filled up fast. Warm inside, not fancy but comfortable. Service was fine, nothing special. Prices fair for the quality.

The freshwater fish here was the real surprise—big portion, cooked simply, and honestly priced for what you get. Steaks are fine too, but I’d come back for the fish. Place sits in a nice green area, though it’s a bit out of the way. Didn’t feel ripped off, which is rare these days.

Stopped by for happy hour and ended up staying for dinner. Staff was friendly and handled English fine, which helped. Beer was solid, burger really hit the spot. Nothing fancy, just a good casual spot to grab a bite and a drink. Maybe a little slow when it got busier, but I'd go back.

The Hackbraten here is really something. Got the one from the traditional butcher and it was properly tender, sauce was rich and went perfectly with the buttery mashed potatoes. Place has a cozy vibe, nothing fancy. Service was friendly enough. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Been coming here for a while now, and the steak still hits the spot every time. Cooked exactly how I asked, and that red cabbage on the side is always solid. They threw in a lotus cream dessert at the end, which was a nice touch. Service stayed consistent too, even on a busy night.

We went for dinner and the back terrace was really nice, not too loud. The staff were friendly and let us take our time. Food was decent, nothing crazy, but the price felt fair for what you got. I'd sit outside again if the weather allows. Maybe not the most exciting place, but it worked well for us.

Drove all the way from Dortmund for this place. The steak was properly done, nice char on the outside. Service friendly, no fuss. It's a bit of a drive but we keep coming back. Just wish they'd dim the lights a little, felt a bit bright for a Saturday evening.

Solid Bavarian spot. Andechser vom Fass is the draw here, and it doesn't disappoint. Food was good, but prices are a bit steep for what you get. Remember it's cash only, so plan ahead.

Cocktails are solid, some of the better ones in Bonn. Happy hour's decent too. Service gets a bit slow when it's packed, but the vibe makes up for it.

Decent spot for a quick dinner. We had the mixed tapas platter, and they swapped in a vegetarian version without fuss. Food came out fast, which I appreciated. Nothing mind-blowing, but it was all pretty tasty and the service was friendly. Fine for what it was.

Came for the asparagus cream soup, meat was properly tender. Menu changes daily, everything tastes fresh. Service did their job without hovering. Price is a bit high for the neighborhood, but you can tell the chef actually cares.

Sushi was just okay, nothing special. Service was friendly and quick though. Fine for a casual lunch spot if you're in the area.

We came here for my brother’s 90th birthday with the whole family. The place felt really warm and welcoming, which made the day nice. Food was solid — I especially liked the schnitzel, crispy and not too greasy. Service was attentive without hovering. Only tiny thing: it got a bit loud when it filled up, but that’s kind of expected.

Service was super friendly and the view over the river is gorgeous 🌅 Food was solid, but a bit pricey for a casual lunch. Would come back for dinner though.

Stopped by for lunch near the Rhein in Rüngsdorf. The Sardinian wine was really good, and the food hit the spot. Service felt personal, not rushed. Only thing—the seating inside is a bit cramped, so if you can grab a table by the window it's nicer. Solid choice if you're in the area.

We’ve been coming here for years, and the three-course menu is still the reason. Portions are proper, not tiny plates. Food’s fresh, tastes like real cooking. Place is small and a bit cramped, but that’s part of the charm. Service was fine, nothing fancy. For the price, you can’t complain. Just wish they’d change the menu a bit more often.

Been coming here for a while now. The chef still comes out to check on tables, that's something I always notice. Food's been consistent every single time, which is honestly why I keep going back. Not the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for. Solid spot if you're in the area.

Been coming here for years, and the location in the old town never gets old. Food's been consistent every single time. Yeah it's a bit pricey, but you're paying for the quality.

Been coming here for years now. The seafood pizza is still the reason I keep going back. Owner's got that dry humor thing going on, always makes me laugh. Service is there when you need it, not hovering over you the whole time. Classic spot, nothing fancy, just solid Italian food done right.

The owner picked our wines and honestly, he nailed it. Went well with the spicy Calabrian stuff. Food had that real homemade feel, not touristy at all. Place is pretty laid back, easy to hang out in for a couple hours. Would go back for sure.

The bar inside the hotel has a really nice vibe. Drinks were creative and looked great. Staff was friendly but not hovering. I liked the seating, comfortable enough to just hang out for a while. Only thing, it got a bit loud later in the evening. Still, a solid spot for a quiet drink before heading out.

Food and service are great but the guy was standing on the intrance was very arrogant and he assumed that we don't have reservation and asks us to wait aside. We told him that we do have a reservation and he said ooh but your 10 minutes late so i gave your table.
