Sat outside - much livelier than the stuffy interior. Service was quick and had that classic Cologne cheek. Solid traditional dishes, nothing fancy but does the job.

The XXL pork knuckle was huge and really tasty, perfect for two. Cash only though, so come prepared.

The cakes were lovely and the place has this old-fashioned charm you don't see often. Service was attentive. A bit pricey for what you get, but fine for a quiet afternoon.

Came for the Kölsch and pork knuckle — both solid. Skin was crispy, meat tender. Place has that classic Brauhaus feel. Service was friendly too.

Drove an hour just for the lamb karahi again. Meat was properly tender, spices balanced without burning. Butter naan soaked up the gravy nicely. Fresh coriander on top made it. Wish they'd add more green chilies on the side though.

Got turned away at last call, staff passed us around a bit. Understandable but felt kinda rude. Maybe try earlier next time.

Stopped by for dinner and a glass of red wine. Pizza was solid, really solid. The crust had that proper char, not too thick. Place has a nice buzz, feels like a real family operation. My wine pairing worked well with the margherita. Service was a bit stretched, but they were friendly about it. Would come back for the pizza alone.

Food's decent, service friendly, but prices are steep for the portions. Typical busy brauhaus vibe, just smoky when crowded.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and grabbed the burger. Portion was solid for the price, honestly didn't expect that much for under 15 euros. Place had a decent mix of people, not too loud. Staff seemed fine, no complaints. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped by for a late afternoon snack. The tapas platter did the job—good mix of stuff, nothing felt like an afterthought. Gin list is long, maybe too long if you ask me, but the bartender knew his stuff. Place was quiet when I was there, which I liked. Wouldn't mind coming back for a proper dinner.

Solid traditional German food and beer. My sausages with mash and sauerkraut was a huge plate—could barely finish it. A wheat beer paired nicely with the mustard. Just a bit loud inside.

The glasshouse setting really got me — lots of natural light, plants everywhere, felt almost like dining outside but without the wind. I stayed longer than planned just because the space was so comfortable. Food was good too, though nothing mind-blowing. Just a nice spot to sit and take your time.

The pasta's still as good as the first time I came here. That lemon and saffron sauce is the one I keep thinking about. Portions are big enough to share, or just take half home.

The pork knuckle was spot on. Crispy skin, tender inside, proper amount of salt. Had it with the potato dumplings and sauerkraut. That combo just works. Portion was big enough that I skipped dessert. Been here a few times now, the kitchen stays consistent. That's mainly what I care about.

The sauerbraten was solid, venison too. Kids crushed their schnitzel without complaints. Service dragged a bit, place was packed. But honestly, the food saved it. Quick bite if you're in the area and don't mind waiting a little.

Stopped by for brunch after seeing the cathedral. Quiche was solid, salad fresh. Staff helped my friend with the wheelchair without making a fuss — appreciated that. No vegan stuff on the menu, so keep that in mind. Fine for a casual bite.

The Argentinian steak was cooked just right, really juicy and full of flavor. Our waitress was super friendly, made the whole evening feel easy. Only thing, the place got a bit loud later on, but that didn't bother us much. Solid spot if you're in the mood for a good cut of meat.

Stopped by for breakfast and grabbed their gluten-free pancakes — pretty solid, not too dry. Staff spoke English which made ordering way easier for me. Place is small but cozy. Only thing: took a bit to get the food, but I wasn’t in a rush. Would come back if I’m in the area again.

Stopped by for dinner on a weekday. Sourdough with whipped butter was the standout—simple but done right. Service was quick and friendly, no fuss. Place was busy but not chaotic. Prices fair for what you get. Would come back if in the area.

Stopped by for a late lunch and grabbed a table near the window. The Kölsch was ice cold, just how it should be. Had the schnitzel with fries — decent portion, crispy enough. Place was busy but not chaotic. Old photos on the walls give it that proper local pub vibe. Service was friendly, though we waited a bit for the bill. Fine for a casual bite.

We came for dinner and I really liked how comfortable the seating was. The lamb shank was tender and had good flavor. Service was friendly but not hovering, which I appreciate. It's a nice spot if you want a relaxed evening without any fuss. Maybe a little pricey, but I left feeling satisfied.

The meat cannelloni was spot on, hot and tasty. Service dragged a bit though, big group that night probably didn't help.

Great spot for our group of eleven, waiter kept everything running smoothly. Always consistent when I come back.

Landed hungry and grabbed a quick bite here before my flight. Chicken breast was actually juicy, not dry like most airport food. Service was fast enough that I didn't stress about boarding. Place was a bit busy but we found seats easily. Good spot if you're flying out and want something decent without the usual airport food gamble. 😊

Lovely terrace right by the river, cathedral view at sunset was gorgeous. Tiramisu really hit the spot.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and grabbed a few rolls. The spicy tuna one had a nice kick, sauce wasn't overpowering. Salad on the side was actually fresh, not the sad wilted stuff. Prices felt right for what you get. Would've liked a sake option that wasn't too sweet, but the beer list covered me fine.

We came in after walking around all day, no reservation, just hungry. The tablet menu in English was a lifesaver, honestly. Staff pointed us to the pierogi and the bigos, both were solid. Portions are decent for the price, we left full without feeling ripped off. Place gets busy around 7, so go a bit earlier if you can.
