Coffee was way better than I expected, honestly better than some spots in Germany. Staff were friendly, breakfast did the job. Nice little find.

Popped in for a late breakfast and grabbed the poached eggs with wild mushrooms on brown bread. The mushrooms tasted properly fresh, not the usual watery stuff. Coffee was solid too, nice and strong. Baked goods looked decent but I didn't try any this time. Place was a bit busy but worth it for the eggs.

The gluten-free pizza was actually decent — nice surprise. Service was a bit all over the place, but honestly the food saved it.

Stopped in for a coffee and a toasted sandwich—solid choice. The sandwich was decent, though it did get a bit soggy from the oven. Loads of seating even at lunchtime, which was a nice surprise. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Wouldn’t mind coming back if I’m in the area again.

Loved the vibe here — super clean and modern inside. Portions are massive for what you pay, honestly great for a casual catch-up with friends. Service was quick too. 😊

The goat cheese brûlée starter was unreal, and the lamb with mint was spot on. Service was dead sound too. Fair price for what you get 👌

Stayed an extra night because we were enjoying it. Food was solid, staff friendly, and the price felt fair for what you got. No complaints.

The wood-fired pizzas here have that proper thin base, not too doughy, and the toppings tasted fresh. I grabbed a glass of red to go with mine, worked well with the char on the crust. Taco chips on the side were decent, crunchy and salty enough. Staff left us alone until we needed them, which I appreciated. Place was busy but we got a table easy enough.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and grabbed a sandwich—bread was properly fresh, not that sad packaged stuff. Cookie was decent too, homemade kind. Place itself is fine, nothing fancy but the seating was comfortable enough to sit and finish without rushing. Solid enough if you're in the area and just need something easy.

Stopped here because it was right by the bus stop and parking was easy. Place is spotless, which I always appreciate. Got the chicken burger and it was decent, though the chips could've been hotter. Service was friendly enough. Fine if you're in the area and need something quick.

Coffee's solid—cappuccino was well-pulled and the house-roasted beans come through. Right on the square, easy to stop by. Place is small but fine for a quick sit-down.

Been coming here for a while now and the food's always cooked properly. Had the steak again last night, still spot on. Place gets busy but that's a good sign.

Stopped in on the bike last week. Food was decent and came out quick enough. Fine spot for a bite if you're passing through.

Ducked in for dinner and honestly the duck breast with fig sauce was the star. Mashed potatoes were smooth, soaked up the sauce nicely. Strawberry pavlova for dessert was light and not too sweet. They also gave us free bread and hummus to start which I wasn't expecting. Place was a bit noisy but food made up for it.

Stopped in here for a bite last week. The wood-fired oven is the real deal, you can smell it as soon as you walk in. Got the pizza, crust was proper, not too soggy. Staff were grand, sorted us out quick even though it was busy. Place has a good buzz, nothing fancy but solid. Maybe a bit loud by the kitchen, but sure that's part of it.

The Guinness here was spot on. Properly poured, creamy, the right temperature. Didn't have to wait long at the bar either, which was good because it was packed. That's all I really need from a place after a long walk. Just a solid pint, no fuss. Can't ask for much more than that.

We popped in for the vegan afternoon tea last week. They sorted the menu out for us without any fuss, which I appreciated. The scones were genuinely decent, not dry at all. Sitting by the lake with the castle in the background was a nice touch, though it was a bit busy. Fair enough for the price, I'd say.

Stumbled in soaked from the rain. Staff were sound, made us feel welcome straight away. Food was close to what I've had in Spain, which says a lot. Cocktails were a nice touch too. Proper little find in Westport.

Stopped in for a quick bite and honestly the brown bread sandwich was so good, proper filling. The pavlova was a nice treat after too. Staff were sound, really friendly. Only thing is it’s a bit small inside, but grand for a quick catch-up with a friend. 😊
