Big portions and the food was proper fresh. Jasmine tea came in a massive pot for 2 quid, can't complain. Chairs were cute too. Ate way too fast to grab a pic of the food, only got the empty plates.

The featherblade beef was unreal. Properly tender, fell apart with the fork, and the flavour was spot on. I’m still thinking about it days later. Place was busy enough but we got seated fine. Only thing is the sides were a bit small for the price. But honestly, the beef alone makes me want to go back.

The house Cabernet was a solid pick, and the 12-inch pizza had a proper crispy crust. Felt like a spot locals actually hit up, not a tourist trap. Good for a casual catch-up with friends 🍷

Came here for a birthday dinner and the food didn't disappoint. Each course was better than the last. Service was spot on too, even though the place was packed.

Stopped by The Creel last week and grabbed a coffee. Probably the best one you'll get in Westport, no messing. Food looked well too, but I was only passing through. Service was friendly enough, and they've got that covered bit outside which is handy if you've a dog with you. Place was busy, but I didn't wait long.

Been here a few times now. The food's always fresh, which is the main thing for me. I had the salmon salad yesterday, greens were crisp, fish cooked just right. Staff remember me, that's nice. Place gets a bit loud around 7pm, but I still left feeling good about what I ate.

Stopped in for a loaf of the sourdough—proper crust, nice and airy inside. Held up well for a few days too, which is rare. Staff were sound, no fuss. Didn’t try much else, but the bread alone is worth it. Place has that local bakery feel, nothing fancy.

Came in on a Tuesday night, place was busy but not packed. Got the fish and chips, batter was proper crispy, not greasy. Owner was behind the bar having a laugh with the regulars, good craic. Only thing, took a bit to get served at the bar. But that's the way it goes when it's full. Solid spot for a pint and a feed.
