The pork knuckle was spot on—crispy skin, tender inside. Didn’t expect much from a random stop, but that alone made it worth it.

Came in without a reservation on a busy morning, they still found me a table. Staff were friendly and quick. Breakfast did the job, nothing fancy but solid. Fair for the price.

Been coming here for a while now. The food stays consistent, which is why I keep going back. Wine by the glass is solid too. Gets a bit loud when it's full, but that's about the only downside.

Decent spot in Dortmund for a proper cocktail. Bartender knew what he was doing, drink came out balanced. Place has a relaxed vibe, though music gets noticeably louder after 10. Not the cheapest, but you pay for the quality. Fine if you want a solid drink without the club scene.

Stopped by for a Killepitsch after walking around the old town. It's a strong herbal shot, definitely an acquired taste but worth trying once. Grabbed it from the street window and stood outside watching people go by. Service was quick and friendly. Decent spot for a quick local experience, though it's not somewhere you'd linger for long.

Solid Altbier selection and prices are fair. Music's loud, rock-heavy, but that's part of the pub charm. Mixed crowd of locals and tourists. Good spot for a casual beer.

The fish and chips were spot on. Crispy batter, flaky fish, proper chips. Beer was well-kept too. Exactly what you want from a corner pub.

Lunch menu had plenty of options, even for different budgets. Food was solid and portions big enough. Parking right in front made it easy. Only thing—the seating felt a bit cramped, but fine for a quick bite.

Small bar, big on charm. The wine list was well-picked and the crowd felt like a proper mix of regulars and travelers. Even when it got busy, it stayed relaxed. Solid spot for an easy evening.

Service was really good—they kept checking in without hovering. Shisha came out well prepared, no complaints there. Sat outside, they had heaters and blankets which made it comfortable even when it got chilly. Nice to find a place that pays attention to those little details. Would come back for that alone.

Came for the cold beer and stayed for the rock soundtrack. Classic Altstadt spot, nothing fancy, but the vibe is real. Wish they had a few more veggie options though.

Small place, but the vibe is right. Dim lighting, a few stools, not too crowded on a Tuesday. The homemade shots are fun, and the bartender actually takes time to talk to you instead of just pouring drinks. Cocktail list is creative too. Only thing — seating's a bit tight if you're in a group. Fine for two though.

I highly recommend trying the handcrafted cocktails here; they are exceptional and made with fresh ingredients.

The cocktails were solid and the terrace is great for watching people go by. We sat outside for about an hour and a half. Drinks took a while to come out since it was packed, but they were worth the wait. Prices are a bit steep for the size though. One round for two people set us back nearly 40 euros.

The cocktails at this bar are delicious and the atmosphere is cool and relaxed, making it a perfect spot to unwind.
