The staff were lovely and the food was solid for takeaway. But their wine list is a bit basic for my taste.

Love the vibe in this local pub. It’s got that proper, cosy feel with dark wood and comfy booths. Perfect spot to unwind after work. The drinks are very affordable, which is a nice bonus.

Love that you get your own little pot here. The spicy broth had a proper kick to it, and the all-you-can-eat veggies were really fresh. Just a nice, cosy spot for a solo treat.

They handled our big group easily, which was nice. The gammon was the star for sure. The Saturday happy hour cocktails were a good deal, too.

The team was very helpful in organising our private party here. The venue worked well for the event. Food was decent, though the set menu options felt a bit limited. A solid choice for a group booking.

The portions here are huge, I always end up with a box to take home. Really good value for the quality of the ingredients used, everything tasted so fresh.

The service at this restaurant is exceptional! Holly was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our dining experience truly enjoyable.

The seafood pasta was lovely, very generous portion. The calzone was good too, really hit the spot. It’s a comfortable place to have a relaxed meal, and the staff were very friendly.

Took my two Grandsons, for a lunchtime treat and what a treat it was. Food was absolutely delicious, possibly the best I have ever had there. Service was really good and lovely ambience - not too busy - very pleasant. Grandsons loved it too!

I had the best steak of my life at Hawksmoor! The rib eye was tender and flavorful, and the service was top-notch, making the evening truly special.

The staff really knew their stuff about gluten-free options. My friend has a serious intolerance, and they walked us through the entire menu, pointing out what was safe. No guesswork needed. That level of care with dietary needs is appreciated.

The butter rice here is so good, honestly the best part. It's a proper portion too, you get a decent amount for the price. I always bring friends visiting Liverpool, they never leave hungry.
