Came here on a whim. The owners are lovely, chatted with us a bit. Food was top-notch, especially the lamb dish. Just a really relaxed spot for a casual dinner. A bit on the pricier side, but the vibe was spot-on.

Been coming here for years, mostly for the space. Those high ceilings make it feel open, never stuffy. Perfect for settling in with a laptop or meeting a friend. Grabbed some of their beans on the way out this time, too.

Clear gluten-free menu and staff know their stuff about cross-contamination. Makes dining out straightforward when you have dietary restrictions.

Popped in for a quiet breakfast. Their coffee was spot on, which is a big deal for me. The staff were lovely with my toddler, too.

Loved the crochet class! The homemade scones were warm and so good. The cafe is charming, and I ended up buying a little local craft piece. The restroom was surprisingly stylish, which was a nice touch.

Bottomless brunch was solid. The drink options were a nice step up from just prosecco, and the food was surprisingly good.

Fun vibe, we got the buggy booth! Tuesday lunch was quiet, service was fine. The portions were decent for the price, felt like a fair deal.

The vibe is so warm and buzzing, but still feels relaxed. Just the right spot for a casual dinner.

Been grabbing lunch here daily. Honestly, the food just keeps getting better? That's rare. Staff are so lovely, always make me feel welcome. The January discount was a nice bonus too!

The cocktails were spot on, and the staff (Cedric, Ilyes, Sonny) were so friendly. Made for a really nice evening at the bar.

The grilled chicken is honestly so good, I'm usually fussy but I've never had a bad one here. The staff are lovely and quick, which is perfect when you're catching up with mates and don't want the chat to stop.

The cocktails were a real highlight. I loved the little prosecco shot they gave us when we sat down—such a nice welcome. The one with the rosemary sprig was my favourite.

Food came out fast even though it was packed. Portions were decent for the price.

Ashleigh was on top of things all night. My glass was never empty, and she cleared plates without interrupting. Just smooth, efficient service. Made the whole meal flow nicely.

Dropped by for lunch. The cocktails are the real draw here, loads of interesting options. Went for a spicy margarita and it was spot on. Food was decent too, but those drinks are what I’ll remember.

Stumbled upon this spot near my hotel. The rice and beans really stood out—had that proper homemade texture, you know? Big portions for the price, no complaints there.

Sophie was really helpful today, as always. We drop by here fairly often. The fish and chips is solid, just a bit pricier than the chippy down the road. Still, a reliable local spot.

Loved the vibe here on a lazy afternoon. The singer's voice was just right, not too loud. Perfect with a cold pint.

The lamb chops were spot on, really tender. The Chef's Special is a good option if you're sharing. The rest of the meal was fine, but nothing stood out quite like that main.

The Cowshed in Liverpool is a hidden gem! The food quality is top-notch, especially the steaks which are cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a special occasion.

Sunday roast was spot on. Beef so tender, and the Yorkshire pudding just right. Good value for the quality you get.

Been coming here for years. The praline cream cake is a solid choice - sponge is light, cream isn't too sweet, and those crunchy bits add a nice texture. One of the better ones around here.

The crispy chicken skewers were so good we ordered a second round! The halloumi with sweet chilli dip is a must-share. This place is a solid pick for a casual catch-up with mates.

Nice and clean, food's good and not too pricey. Staff were friendly, and we only waited about 5 minutes for a table even on a busy Friday.

The chicken korma here is the real deal. Rich, creamy sauce with just the right amount of spice, not too sweet like some places. The chicken pieces were tender, didn't have that rubbery texture. Could've used a bit more heat for my taste, but the flavour base was spot on.

Popped in with mates for a catch-up. Debbie was so lovely, really made us feel welcome with her smile. The Jamrock punch was spot on, and that slow-cooked beef with the coconut rice? So good. Just a nice, easy place for a group.

The set lunch is a solid deal. The crispy whitebait starter was a nice little bite. The dining room itself is really pleasant – high ceilings, lots of light, and the chairs are actually comfortable for a longer sit.

Been coming here for years now. The food's always been solid, never had a bad meal. That cozy pub feel is exactly why I keep coming back. It's just a reliable spot.

Nice spot for lunch. The separate bar area is a good touch, and they have a private room upstairs. Felt relaxed just sitting there.

Nice spot for a casual dinner. The modern decor gives it a relaxed feel. We had the grilled salmon, and the house white they suggested was a surprisingly good match. A bit noisy later on, but that's fine for a Friday night.
