The burnt cheesecake was a standout, a nice texture variation from others. But the real star was the callos y morros. Paired it with a robust Rioja that cut through the richness perfectly. A solid choice for a hearty dish.

Loved the terrace view of the river and sandbanks. The seafood was fresh, tapas were tasty. Service was friendly, though a bit slow when they got busy. Prices felt fair for what you get.

The set menu is such a good deal! We got a starter, a main, dessert, and a drink each. Perfect for catching up with friends without worrying about the bill. The portions were huge, we were all stuffed.

The daily special was such a good deal today. Had the braised pork with potatoes, really tender and flavourful. For the price, you get a proper, hearty meal. Just a solid spot for lunch.

The patatas bravas here are something else. The sauce has this smoky depth, and the potatoes are crispy on the outside, soft inside. Could eat a whole plate myself. Drinks are always on point, too.

A nice little spot near Amara station. The staff were so friendly, even with my basic Spanish. They took the time to explain the cocktail menu, which made choosing so much easier. Really appreciated the relaxed, no-rush vibe.

Got there early, still waited 40 minutes. The wait is no joke. But the pasta was cooked just right, and the sauce had a real depth to it. You can tell they take their time with things. Would I wait that long again? Probably, yeah.

Grilled octopus was tender and a good size for sharing. Quick lunch option.

The historic 1894 building is stunning. Felt like stepping back in time with that grand piano and stained glass.

Been coming here for years, and the service is consistently warm and friendly. They remember my usual order, and the staff always has a genuine smile. It's that kind of reliable, welcoming feel that keeps me coming back.

Stopped by this tapas bar in the old town. The food was really good, especially with a glass of vermouth. Solid spot in San Sebastian.

The tick-box menu was so helpful for ordering! I really appreciated being able to clearly see all the ingredients and customize my salad. Made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Crab arepa was the star. Just walked in for lunch, no reservation needed. Staff spoke English and Spanish which helped. That's it.

The staff were super friendly and efficient. The menu had a good variety of traditional pintxos and homemade dishes. Prices were very reasonable. It was a nice, straightforward lunch spot.

The gambas pintxos were tasty. The shrimp had a good bite, not overcooked, and the garlic oil was flavorful but not too heavy. Went well with a glass of white wine. Simple, straightforward.

Busy night but staff were still super friendly. Helped us pick a dish and food came out quick. Good service when it's packed.

The terrace seating in the plaza is lovely. We had the Iberian cured meats platter and the skewers. The cheesecake was beautifully presented. Service was friendly and attentive, which made for a very relaxed meal.

The potato and cod omelette is the main reason to visit. The cod is flaky, potatoes are tender, and the texture is spot on. It's a solid dish. Service was efficient, got my order quickly during a weekday lunch.

Had a lovely early lunch here. The place was busy but not packed, plenty of space upstairs. Staff were friendly. The food was tasty, but the wine list felt a bit limited for the quality of the dishes.

The tortillas here are the real deal. They've got that perfect, slightly chewy texture and a deep corn flavor you just don't find everywhere. I always grab a dozen to go. The place is nothing fancy, but that's exactly the point.

The squid in ink was the star. Perfectly tender, the sauce had a deep, briny flavor. Paired well with a glass of crisp white wine. A solid choice for a casual dinner.

Lovely terrace for a sunny day. Food is generous and well-presented. Prices are reasonable. Good spot for a business lunch near the office. Service was efficient.

The pintxos here are quite good. I really appreciate the freshness of the ingredients, especially the seafood. You can tell it's high quality. A solid choice on the main street, though there are other great spots in town too.

The octopus sandwich was huge! Honestly, one is enough for lunch. For the price in this neighborhood, the portion size really surprised me. I ended up taking half of it home.

Perfect spot on the square for people-watching with friends. The Iberico ham was totally worth it.

Pintxos selection is huge. The baked foie and bacalao ajoarriero were standouts, made fresh to order. Service has that nice, traditional feel to it. Solid spot.

Nice terrace with a view of the port. Had the Basque cake and goxua for dessert. Both were good, especially the goxua. A solid spot for a coffee and a sweet treat.

The waiter was so kind, took the time to explain the specials. Felt genuinely looked after, not just served. That kind of warmth is nice.

Xiri in Donostia is a lovely spot with an inviting atmosphere and thoughtfully prepared dishes. The menu offers interesting flavor combinations, and the staff are warm and helpful. It’s a great place to enjoy a relaxed meal in the city.

Limited menu but they nail it. The tortilla was spot on, and the sandwiches were simple but just right.
