The vaulted rooms really are something—old stone, proper historic feel. We grabbed a table without booking on a Tuesday, but I’d still reserve ahead if you’re coming on a weekend. I had a decent red by the glass that paired well with the schnitzel. Service was fine, though a bit stretched when it got busy. Solid spot for a relaxed dinner.

Fresh salad, big portions, and the staff actually knew what to recommend. Food came out fast too. Just stopped by on a whim, glad I did.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and ordered the truffle pasta. The ingredients tasted really fresh, not heavy at all. Wine list is decent too. Service was friendly, though it took a bit to get the bill. Place gets busy around 8, so maybe go a little earlier if you want a quieter table.

The Black Donkey beer was a nice find, honestly. Sat on the terrace with a view of the market square, which was lovely. Food was hearty, though I wished for a few more vegetable sides. Staff friendly enough. Good spot if you're after a relaxed drink and something simple to eat.

Stopped by for breakfast the other day. Coffee's decent, food came out hot and made properly. Service was friendly enough, didn't have to wait long. Bill was fair for what you get. Not fancy, but it does the job. I'd go back if I'm in the area again.

Good beer list, that's why I came. Tried a few local brews, all solid. Food's decent but yeah, some dishes were a bit greasy. Friendly staff though, and easy to find.

The old building gives this place a proper rustic feel. Wooden beams, low light, that kind of traditional setup. Had the schnitzel, it was crispy and the meat stayed juicy. Portion was decent for the price. Only thing, service got a bit slow once the place filled up. Still, I'd sit by the window again.

The schnitzel list is massive, and the "normal" size was honestly huge. Tried the Dutch style with hollandaise and cheese—pretty rich, but good.

Came for breakfast twice while we were in Erfurt — the Krämerbrücke tray is a proper feast, all stacked up nicely with enough variety to keep you going till lunch. Staff kept the coffee coming without us asking. Only thing: it’s a bit pricey for what you get, but the setting makes up for it. A solid spot to start the day.

Came here with a couple of friends on a random weekday evening. The outdoor seating area is really cute, perfect for hanging out. We shared the veggie rolls and the coconut curry rice noodles – both were tasty, though the noodles could’ve used a bit more kick. Staff was super friendly, didn’t rush us at all. Would come back for the vibe alone 🌿

The passion fruit cake really stood out — moist base, full of flavor. Nice to see a couple of vegan options that actually taste good. Staff were friendly too.

The homemade ice cream and sorbets are really good, chocolate marshmallows too. Parking was easy to find. Just wish the seating area was a bit more comfortable, the chairs felt a little stiff after a while.

Service is the reason I keep coming back here. Staff actually remembers you after a couple visits, which caught me off guard in a good way. Not pushy, just there when you need them. Been three times now, same quality every time. That consistency is harder to find than you'd think.

The old building has so much character, really cozy for a quiet afternoon. Hot chocolate was the highlight, thick and rich. Staff were friendly too.

Been here a few times now. The food stays consistent, which is honestly the main thing for me. Nice spot if you're in the area.

Lovely little spot with really good bread and pastries. Staff were friendly and didn't rush us at all. Prices are a bit high, but the quality makes up for it.

The tagliatelle with spinach and walnuts was the standout. Fresh, well-balanced, not overdressed. Staff seemed genuinely content, which is rare enough to notice. Service was efficient without hovering. I’d come back for that pasta alone, though the place gets busy around 7. Fine for a casual weeknight dinner.

The staff actually remembered our order from last time, which caught me off guard. They toned down the chili for me without me even asking. Felt like eating at a friend's place, not a restaurant. Only thing is the tables are a bit close together, but the food made up for it.

The Warchauer Kaffee caught me off guard — espresso with bitter lemon actually works. Pretty refreshing on a warm afternoon. Croissant was solid too, flaky and buttery. Place was busy but I found a seat by the window. Fine for a quick stop if you're in the area.

The cakes here look great and honestly taste just as good. I grabbed a slice of the chocolate tart last week and it was properly rich. Staff are friendly enough, not over the top. Place is decent for sitting down with a coffee, though it's a bit pricey for what you get. Fine for a treat now and then, but not a regular stop for me.

The chunky monkey waffle was solid — good flavor, not too sweet. Place looks nice inside, though it was a bit busy when I stopped by. Fine for a quick bite.

We walked in without a reservation and they still found us a nice table. Staff was super friendly, checked on us a few times without being pushy. Even when it got busy, they kept that personal touch. Made the whole evening feel easy.

The staff handled our group really well and the food was solid. Communication before we arrived was on point. Only thing, it got a bit loud inside, but that's expected for a full house.

Sat outside with a view of the cathedral — that alone made it worth it. Food was hearty, nothing fancy, but hit the spot. Staff were friendly enough. Nice spot to catch the evening sun.
