A bit of a walk from the center, but worth it. The nodoguro here is the real deal. Tried it raw, so smooth and sweet. Grilled looked good too. Solid price for that quality.

The spring menu with all those foraged mountain veggies was really something. Tried so many types of sansai, each prepared differently. The tempura course was good, but felt a bit heavy towards the end. A glass of chilled, crisp white wine would have cut through that richness perfectly.

The soup was the highlight for me. You could really taste the sun-dried mushrooms and the freshness of the veggies. So much depth of flavor in a simple bowl.

Family friendly spot. The kids loved the all-you-can-eat naan, kept asking for more. I tried the spicy curry, it had a nice kick. My wife's mild one was creamy. Good for different tastes.

The restaurant's breakfast buffet has a nice variety, but I wish there were more main course options available. However, the quality of the food makes up for it.

The lunch set is a solid deal. I went for the chirashi bowl — the fish was fresh, and they didn't skimp on the variety. It came with all those little side dishes too, so I left feeling pretty satisfied. A good, straightforward meal.

The set menu was a nice variety. The chairs were comfortable enough for a leisurely meal.

I had a wonderful time at Setsugekka! The atmosphere is stylish and modern, making it perfect for special occasions. The service was attentive, and the staff provided great explanations about the dishes, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Location is a major plus, right at the foot of Mount Kinka. The Japanese garden is very well kept. Having lunch overlooking it was quite peaceful. Good spot for a quiet business meeting.
