The lemon tart was really good, and I liked sitting outside to watch the city go by. Service was friendly enough, though it took a moment to get the bill.

Stopped by for a coffee and ended up staying longer than planned. Place looks really nice inside, cozy without trying too hard. Pastries in the display case looked good but I didn't grab one this time. Coffee was solid though. Would come back when I'm in the area again.

The owner really seems to care about the baking—everything had that homemade touch. They even adjusted a dish for my vegan request without making a fuss. That alone made me wanna come back. Just wish I lived closer, honestly.

The pistachio cake was the standout — dense, moist, not too sweet. I ordered the lemon tart too, slightly too sour for my taste but still decent. Greenhouse seating kept the wind off, which helped. Staff left me alone mostly, fine by me. Would come back for that pistachio cake alone.

Coffee’s good, pastries too. But honestly, the portions are kinda small for what you pay. I get it, quality costs, still felt a bit much. Nice spot to sit for a bit though. Maybe I’d come back for a quick espresso, not a full breakfast.

We booked the back room for a small get-together and honestly, the space itself did most of the work. Old brick walls, warm lighting, just the right amount of noise. Chairs were actually comfortable too, which is rare. Food was fine, but I kept looking around the room more than at my plate. Maybe a bit warm near the window, but nobody wanted to leave.

Fantastic food! It was delicious and the presentation was incredible.Never have we visited a restaurant for breakfast at this level.

The Belgian chocolate and mango swirl was rich but not too sweet. Liked the topping presentation too. Definitely a solid stop if you're into ice cream.

Stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon—place was pretty quiet, which I liked. Coffee was solid, no complaints there. They take card and have free Wi-Fi, so I could sit for a bit without feeling rushed. Service was friendly enough. Only thing: I didn't eat, but the pastries looked decent. Fine for a quick break, nothing fancy.

Tried this place despite not being vegan—food held up fine. Portions are decent but you pay for the central spot. Bit pricey for what you get.

The brioche was good, no doubt, but for something that's supposed to be their specialty, I expected a bit more. Maybe I hyped it up too much in my head. The rhubarb schorle was a nice surprise though, really refreshing. Service was super attentive, almost too much, but I can't complain. Would come back for the drinks, maybe not the brioche.

The cake display alone made me stop for a second. So many options, all looked fresh. I had a waffle and it was still warm, crispy on the edges. Coffee was solid too. Place was a bit busy but fine. Just a nice spot to sit and take a break.

Breakfast for two was plenty — bread, cheese, cold cuts, and a big spread of pastries. Nice if you want to share and try a bit of everything.

Coffee's solid, food menu has enough options. Just note pastries don't show up till 9am—other baked stuff's out earlier though.

Been here a few times for cakes now. They did a Simba one for my kid's first birthday, looked exactly like the picture I showed them. Solid work, will keep coming back.

The seating outside is really comfortable, fits the whole park vibe nicely. I grabbed a coffee and just sat there for a while, watching people walk by. It's a decent spot to get away from the noise for a bit. Service was friendly enough, nothing to complain about. Just a chill place to unwind.

Tried the deluxe breakfast. Eggs were cooked properly, bacon had that nice crisp. The bread was fresh, not the usual dry toast you get everywhere. Portion size was decent for the price. Place was busy but food came out quick enough. Would order the same thing again.

Been coming here for a while now. The espresso is still good and the price is fair. Just remember they don't take credit cards, only cash or EC. That caught me off guard the first time. Interior is cozy enough to sit for a bit. Buffet was a bit empty when I was there, but I mainly come for the coffee anyway.

Stopped by for breakfast twice during my stay. Coffee was solid, no complaints there. Pastry selection is fine but honestly the croissant I had was a bit dry, not the flaky buttery thing I hoped for. For the price though, it's okay. I've paid way more for worse in other places. Wouldn't go out of my way, but if you're nearby it does the job.

Croissant sandwiches were solid and the staff let us hang around without rushing us. Good spot if you wanna grab a bite with friends. Just wish it was a bit less busy when we went.

Stopped by for a late breakfast. Turkey sandwich was solid, eggs with Comté hit the spot. Coffee did the job too. Homemade éclairs looked great, grabbed one to go. Place has a chill vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

Came here three times on our trip — friend told us about it. Cozy spot, staff was nice. Tried the Franzbrötchen, the award-winning one. Pretty good, flaky and sweet. Breakfast menu is huge, covers classic stuff and modern stuff. Place was a bit busy but fine.

Coffee was solid, nice busy vibe. Egg sandwich needed more salt though, and the cake barely had any fruit in it. Fine for a quick stop.

Lovely spot right on the Alster. The setting is peaceful, and the staff are friendly, though they seemed a bit stretched when it got busy.

Stopped by for the first time last weekend—great spot for plane spotting, honestly. The terrace gives you a clear view of the runway, and the vibe is pretty relaxed. Didn’t try much food, just coffee, but it did the job. A bit busy in the afternoon, but that’s expected. Would come back if I’m in the area again.

Stopped by for coffee and cake — the outdoor seating caught the sun nicely. Coffee was solid, not too bitter. Plenty of room inside too, which I appreciated since I hate cramped cafés. Just wish they had more cake options by the afternoon, most were already gone. Fine for a short break though.

Came for dinner, place looks nice inside. Got the pasta and a cocktail. Food was alright, nothing crazy. Drink was a bit weak honestly. Fine if you're nearby but I wouldn't go out of my way. Service was quick though.
