The staff here were really attentive without hovering. My steak came out cooked exactly as I asked, which honestly doesn't happen often. I liked that they didn't rush us through the meal either. Just a solid, comfortable spot for a relaxed dinner. Maybe slightly on the pricier side, but the quality of the meat was there.

The gyros was proper juicy, tzatziki had that fresh dill kick. Portion size? Generous, no doubt. Price fair for what you get. Place looks a bit tired, old furniture and all, but clean. Service friendly enough. Hit the spot after a long day.

The mixed grill plate was decent, honestly. Meat was cooked well, not dry, and the portion felt fair for what you pay. Staff didn't hover, just took the order and brought it out. It's right in the old town, so you're paying a bit for the location, but I didn't feel ripped off. Wouldn't say it's a must-visit, but if you're nearby and hungry, it does the job.

We walked in without a booking, tourist style, and somehow got a table. The welcome was warm, not fake. Food was proper Greek, not the usual tourist stuff. I've been back twice since. Still good. Only thing, it gets busy, so don't expect a quiet night. But that's fine.

The pork knuckle was spot on. Crispy skin, tender meat, just the right amount of salt. I’ve had it here a few times now and it stays consistent. Portion’s big enough that I couldn’t finish it all. That’s rare for me. No complaints about the taste at all.

The rump steak was properly cooked, and the tiramisu tasted like they actually make it in-house. Red wine went well with the meal. Service stays friendly and personal, even when some customers are a bit rude. That's rare around here. Place gets busy, but it's worth the wait.

Everything homemade, even the cakes, and the owner’s warmth makes it special. Their wine pairing suggestion was spot on.

Stopped by for a quick bite around noon. Got the grilled chicken plate — came out fast, still hot. Sauce was decent, nothing fancy. Place was busy but I didn’t wait long. Fair price for what you get. Solid spot if you’re in a hurry and want something fresh.

The pork knuckle was spot on. Crispy skin, tender inside, proper mustard on the side. That’s really all I needed. Portion was generous too. Didn’t pay much attention to anything else, but the food did the job. Maybe slightly salty at the end, but I’d still order it again.

I had a wonderful time at Beavers with my family. The food was delicious, especially the large schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce. The cozy ambiance made it a perfect spot to unwind.

Solid burger and a cold beer really hit the spot. Nothing fancy, but exactly what I needed after walking around all day. 🍔

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Got the burger, decent size. View of the pond is nice, adds something to the place. Service was fine, no complaints. Prices are fair for what you get. Good spot if you're in the area and want a relaxed meal.

The chocolate-nut cake with cherries and eggnog was the standout. €4.50 for that size and quality is fair. Hot chocolate was rich, not too sweet. Other cakes looked decent but I didn't try them. Service was quick enough. Place was busy around 3pm but we got a table. Fine for a quick coffee stop.

Outdoor seating is solid—plenty of room and a decent breeze off the water. Fine for a sunny afternoon drink. Nothing more.

The chocolate lava cake was the move after dinner. Rich, warm, and the center flowed just right. I paired it with a glass of their house red, which cut through the sweetness nicely. Not a huge portion, but enough. Service was fine, though I did wait a bit for the bill. Solid spot for a casual dessert stop.

Nice spot right on the water, that part I really liked. But the QR-code-only menu was annoying, and the waitress wasn't exactly friendly. Kids' meal looked like frozen stuff, pretty bland. Adult steak was fine though, nothing special but okay. Would come back for the view maybe, not for the service.
