The broth was kinda thin, tasted like instant noodles honestly. Noodles were overcooked too. But the meat was really good, and the edamame with a cold Kirin hit the spot. Fine for a quick stop, nothing more.

Came here for the fesenjoon and it didn’t disappoint. Rich, slightly tangy, with that deep walnut flavor. They also have jigar and kaleh pacheh, which you don’t see much around Hamburg. Place is pretty basic, but the food speaks for itself. Prices are fair too.

Stopped by for lunch and got the Käsespätzle — pretty solid, cheesy and filling. Schnitzel was decent too, though the cordon bleu came out a bit chewy. Staff were friendly, didn’t feel rushed. Place has that classic German comfort vibe, nothing fancy but does the job. Fine if you’re in the area and want something hearty.

I had a wonderful time at La Catalana! The food was delicious, especially the chicken croquettes and tortilla. The service was attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for a romantic night out.

While the menu is limited, the dishes are well-prepared and presented nicely, though the ambiance could benefit from a thorough cleaning and redesign.

The steak selection at this restaurant is excellent, with a wide range of cuts that cater to all preferences. The quality of the meat is top-notch, making it a must-visit for steak lovers.

Pasta was fresh, no doubt, but needed a bit more salt. Portions are solid for the price though. A glass of their house red helped balance things out.

The chicken Adana was really good—juicy, well seasoned, honestly better than some I had in Istanbul. €19 with bread and two sauces feels fair for the portion. Place was a bit quiet when I went, but fine for catching up with a friend over dinner. Wouldn't mind going back to try the lamb.

The pizza here is noticeably cheaper than most spots in the area, and honestly, the quality holds up. I got a margherita and it was solid—good crust, not too greasy. Place was pretty quiet when I went, which I liked. Nothing fancy, but it does the job for a relaxed meal.

The bouillabaisse was solid and the fish tasted properly fresh. Prices felt fair for what you get. They poured a decent glass of white that matched the broth nicely. Service had that genuine family-run vibe.

Lunch menu is solid for the price. Tablet ordering works fine, sushi came out fresh. Staff polite but kinda stretched. Good spot if you're in the area.

The veggie burrito was really good—light but filling, with just enough spice and a creamy end. Grabbed it to go and it was quick. Wish they delivered though.

Food was good and came fast, but the place feels a bit dated. Toilets downstairs with no lift, bit of a hassle. Clean though.

Stopped by for a quick sugar fix. Chocolate cake was really good, rich and moist. Place was busy but not chaotic. Service was fast enough for a lunch break. Solid spot if you need something sweet in a hurry.

Really good food. Prices also good. But somehow they not really want give back a change, what is not polite..it’s a customer choice to give tips or no. This factor made me really mad.

Still my go-to spot for lunch in Altona after all these years. Food's been consistently good every single time. Never left disappointed 👍

Small cozy spot, pasta was decent but nothing crazy compared to other Italian places here. Just a heads up, they only take cash even though the website says otherwise. That caught me off guard.

The milkshake was properly thick and creamy, exactly what I needed. Seats were a bit hard after a while, but the drink made up for it.

The interior really does feel like stepping into India — the decor is quite something. I liked that they had plenty of vegan options and were careful with my allergies. Only thing: they only take cash for tips, which caught me off guard.

Cozy little place, the owner gave us some sweets to try which was super nice 😊 Food was tasty and service felt really personal. Good spot for hanging out with friends.

The falafel was okay, nothing crazy. But the sides though—beetroot salad and that sesame cauliflower were honestly the best part. Tahini sauce on everything, yes. I'd come back just for those, maybe skip the main next time. Place was a bit busy when I went, but worth it for the veggies.

Shared tables and a busy vibe, but the food made up for it. I had the schnitzel and it was fresh, not greasy at all. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed though.

The mixed grill and squid were spot on, salmon in cream sauce looked amazing too. Two plates plus beers for €45, pretty fair for the quality.

Came here with a couple of friends on a random weekday evening. Music was spot on—loud enough to feel lively but still easy to chat. We grabbed some drinks and shared a few plates, nothing fancy but solid. Place wasn't too packed either, so we could actually hear each other. Would come back for a casual hangout. 👍

We got the Pamukkale Platte for four and honestly, that was plenty. Everything came out hot, well spiced. The room itself is pretty basic, but the seating was comfortable enough to stay for a while. Service was on point, Mr. Saha checked on us a few times. No complaints, just a solid spot for a group.

The upfront dips and flatbread were a nice touch. Chicken skewer was juicy. Portions generous, but price felt a bit high.

Good food, but wow, the noise level when it's packed is something else. Could barely hear my friend across the table. Great for a quick bite, not for chatting.

The falafel here has a really nice texture, not too dry. Sat on the balcony and it was pretty chill, though the chairs could be more comfortable.

Came here for dinner and got the mixed fish grill. Portion was massive, honestly enough for two. Fish tasted fresh, not overcooked. House wine did the job. Staff was chill, no complaints. Place gets busy so maybe don't come starving and in a rush. Solid pick if you're in the area.
