The noodles had a nice chew, and they held up well against the rich broth. A glass of cold sake would have been the ideal pairing.

The drinks are excellent, really well-made. But I was a bit surprised by the price of an off-menu cocktail I ordered. It's definitely on the steeper side. Maybe just stick to the menu if you're watching your budget.

The breakfast buffet's spread was decent. I liked the local touches, like the Kanazawa oden and curry. The space itself felt a bit dated, but it was quiet and comfortable for a slow morning.

Been coming here for years. The wheel-shaped gluten French toast is my go-to. Always has that same chewy texture, really sticks with you. It's what keeps me coming back.

The tablet ordering was a lifesaver! The English menu option made it so easy to browse and order at my own pace. No more awkwardly pointing at the menu. 😅

The staff at Furansu are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service and making you feel right at home. Their passion for mixology truly shines through in every drink they serve.

No. 1 of Bars in Kanazawa

Been here a few times. The chicken in the ramen is always tender, really good. Broth is light, noodles have a nice bite. It's my go-to for a quiet lunch, never too crowded.

The siphon coffee is a treat here. I had the Cafe Au Lait and it was perfectly balanced, didn't need any sugar at all. The apple pie was also nice, not too sweet with a good crust. A very comfortable spot for a quiet afternoon.

The lunch course is a solid deal for a Michelin-starred spot. Had it in a private room overlooking the garden, which was really nice. Portions were decent for the price point.

A cozy little place tucked away. The motsunabe was really good, and the seats were comfortable for a relaxed meal.
