Came for the lunch set after seeing the Michelin mention. The Himi beef was really good, tender and flavorful. For the price, the portion was fair, not huge but decent. Felt like a solid deal for that quality.

The buffet at Hotel New Otani offers a fantastic variety of dishes, including delicious pasta and a great selection of breads. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed, making it perfect for a casual lunch.

Large room with separate living area. Good for unpacking. Staff were helpful. Dinner and breakfast had solid local flavors. Convenience store nearby is a plus.

The couple's lunch set was perfect for sharing. I really liked being able to pick our own pasta. The half-portions of pizza let us try a couple of flavors without feeling too full. The service was relaxed and friendly, which made for a very comfortable meal.

The free afternoon tea was a nice touch. Fresh pancakes, still warm. It’s a small thing, but it made the stay feel a bit more thoughtful. You don’t see that often.

The rooms are pretty basic, no fridge or private bathroom. But honestly, that's fine. You're here for the food anyway, and the dining area has such a nice, relaxed vibe. The wooden tables and soft lighting make it a comfortable spot to just sit and enjoy a long meal.

Came here with my friends last weekend. The tonkatsu was so good - juicy inside and the batter was super crispy, not oily at all. Perfect for sharing and chatting over. 😊

Lines are crazy on weekends, but their online Fast Pass is a lifesaver. We waited a bit, but the ramen broth was so rich and flavorful. Perfect for catching up with friends over a hot bowl.
