The steak lunch with garlic rice is 1,480 yen. The open kitchen is the main event here—watching the chef work the grill with those flames is pretty cool. A solid spot for a casual lunch.

The sushi here is fresh and the rice is perfectly seasoned. I appreciate the clean, simple flavors. The price point is a bit high for the amount you get, but the quality of the ingredients is noticeable.

This hidden gem in the mountains features a talented young chef who creates inventive dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The combination of Japanese flavors with French techniques is truly remarkable.

This place is a must-visit in Kanazawa! The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and a beautiful environment makes it a top choice for anyone looking to enjoy a great meal.
