The shrimp salt ramen was so good! Broth had a really deep, shrimpy taste. My friend and I shared the grilled offal rice bowl too. Perfect for a casual catch-up over noodles.

Waffles were good, nice with coffee. Quick bite for a break. Service was a bit slow today though.

A minute from Inaho Station. I go for their Hokkaido ingredients, done Italian style. The uni pasta last night was creamy, not heavy. Price is fair for the quality. A solid local spot.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the lamb here! It was fresh, juicy, and had a great texture. The staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. A great place to enjoy authentic Jingisukan in Sapporo.
