Breakfast buffet was a solid choice for our group. The hot items stayed genuinely hot, which is a plus. They kept refilling the bacon and sausages quickly, so nothing ran out. Good for a relaxed morning meal.

Took the kids here for a birthday. The staff were brilliant with them, really patient. Food was tasty, especially the kids' pasta. The old hotel setting is lovely, bit of a maze to find the entrance though.

Popped in for a coffee and ended up grabbing a few of their winter buns. Staff were really nice about holding some aside for me to take away. Good spot.

Nice spot by the river for a coffee. The outdoor seats have a great view of the harbour. My latte was fine, but at £4.50 for a regular cup, it felt a bit steep for what it was. You're definitely paying for the location here.

Great spot for a quick bite. The loaded fries were solid, and the cortado hit the spot. Staff were friendly, place is clean. Heads up, no toilets here, but there's a public one just round the corner. 👍

Been coming here for years, and the big brekkie is always spot on. The fried bread is a proper treat, just like my nan used to make. It's the reason I keep coming back.

Popped in for a pint after a walk. The space is huge and spotless, really fresh feel. But the view from the terrace is the real draw—just spectacular. Menu looked good, might come back to eat.

Been a few times now. The pizza is a solid choice, and the dirty fries are a proper treat. They've got a decent house red that goes well with both, which is a nice touch. Service has always been spot-on.

Been coming here for Sunday roasts with friends for a while now. The roast beef is always spot on, and the gravy is just right. It's got that cosy pub vibe that's perfect for a chilled catch-up. A solid choice for a lazy Sunday.

Had the poached eggs and bacon muffins for breakfast. The eggs were nicely runny, bacon crisp, muffins fluffy. Coffee was fine. Tamsin was friendly. A solid spot for a quick bite.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed the toasties here, and the salad and crisps on the side were a nice touch.

This is a lovely spot for a relaxed breakfast. The breakfast bap was spot on, and they were kind enough to bring a little sausage for our dog. My flat white was excellent—the right strength to cut through the richness of the food. A proper neighbourhood cafe.

A nice spot if you’re out with your dog. The staff were really sweet to ours, gave him a treat and a fuss. Made for a relaxed lunch. Coffee was decent, too.

The coconut and raspberry slice was lovely, clearly homemade. The millionaire's shortbread was nice too, especially for being gluten-free. Just a bit on the sweet side for my taste.

Popped in for a coffee while wandering around. It was really good, a proper strong cup. Nice to see a solid selection of loose leaf teas too, though I stuck with the coffee. Just the right stop for a little break.
