The fried mee was actually really good, a nice change from their usual stuff. Just a heads up though, the portions are kinda small. I was still a bit peckish after.

One must have a try or the taste of white coffee in its birth place -Ipoh, Perak. One of the popular spots to do so is Chang Jiang White Coffee @ Jalan Windsor. The decor retains the vintage vibe with marble tables, flowing chair and calligraphy. The white coffee was smooth and strong but not too sweet. Highly recommend this place for coffee lovers.

Service was on point. They steered us away from ordering too much, which I appreciated. The staff also knew their wine list well, suggested a nice Pinot Noir that went perfectly with the grilled lamb. A solid, thoughtful team.

Bottled coffee in a bucket was a fun idea. But honestly, for the price, I expected a bit more coffee in there. It's a nice spot, clean and modern. Just felt a little light on the portion for what you pay.

They take credit cards, which is handy for visitors. Staff are efficient at clearing tables. Makes for a straightforward meal.

Been coming here for years, love the old-school kopitiam vibe. The 50s decor never gets old.

Booked a private room for our group. The wantan mee with char siew and pork lard was so good, we ended up ordering a second plate. The fried chicken with onion rings was a fun shareable too. A solid spot for a casual dinner with friends.

Stall 78's fried kuey teow with fish balls was solid. The green chili on the side really makes it. Quick service, got my order in under 10 minutes during the lunch rush. A bit oily, but that's expected. Good portion for the price.

The mango salad was a nice, light starter. The ginger tea was a good choice too. I liked that the tables weren't too close together, made it easy to relax.

The signature duck was pretty good, especially at that price. We got a half portion and it was more than enough for two. Service was fine, just a bit slow when we wanted the bill.

The wings here brought me right back to my uni days in the States. The sauces are spot-on. Portion for the price was decent, got a good amount. Could be a bit crispier maybe, but the flavor is there.

Tasty and homey style of cooking. Love the Belacan watercress with roast pork 🔥also the stir fry beansprout and roast chicken! Yums!

Lai Kee's pork chop rice. Solid. Tender meat, good seasoning. That sweet tomato sauce with pineapple bits is the key. Hits the spot for lunch. Affordable too.

Poached chicken was tender and the hor fun noodles were silky. Perfect for a quick lunch.

The curry prawn with bread was pretty good. The curry had a nice balance, not too rich. The bread was perfect for soaking it all up. A solid choice.

Been coming here for years. The portion sizes are still fair for the price, which is why I keep coming back.

Super cozy spot! Staff were really friendly and gave us some good tips on what to order. Felt like a nice place to catch up with friends.

Been a regular for ages. Always check the new specials. Tried the wasabi spring roll last time. Nice surprise. Quick service even when they're packed.

The cafe is super clean and the vibe is just really nice. I love how bright and airy it feels, perfect for just sitting with a coffee and getting some work done. The staff were all smiles too, which helped.

The dum muttun biryani here. The spices are so authentic, you can taste each one. The mutton is incredibly juicy, just falls apart. Best I've had in a long time.

Rooftop pool was a nice surprise. Free towels and Guinness on tap.

The cendol with corn was lovely. The sweetness was just right, not overwhelming. I found the seating area a bit cramped, but the staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. A nice spot for a quiet dessert.

Simple menu, you mark your order on a paper slip. Food came out super quick. Had the grilled fish, fresh and flaky. Just a nice, easy meal. No fuss.

Busy spot for charcoal steamboat. Good for a quick dinner. Lots of choices - fishballs, prawns, even ice cream. RM34 per adult. Food came out fast, which I needed. Closed Mondays, so plan ahead.

The back patio feels like a little secret garden. So nice to sit there with a cold drink on a hot afternoon.

The roti canai was so soft and fluffy, just the way I like it. Dipped it in their mutton curry and it was a perfect match. A bit on the pricier side, but I'd get it again.

Lime sherbet ice cream is homemade and really refreshing. Spaghetti was okay, but portions felt a bit small for the price. Good for a quick business lunch near the office.

The snow fungus lotus seed yam sago was the best. Taro was tender, coconut milk creamy, sago pearls just right.
