Saban was so friendly and attentive, really made us feel looked after. The vibe in here is just right, not too loud but still feels lively.

The bottomless brunch here is fantastic! Our server Simon was attentive and made sure we never ran out of drinks. Highly recommend for a fun outing!

Came in after a walk in the park. Sausage rolls were the highlight. Flaky pastry, proper filling. Busy but service stayed on point.

The fish supper was so fresh, you could taste the sea. It came out steaming hot, and the batter was just right. That first bite made the whole evening.

The pork parmo was a generous portion, so I had leftovers for lunch the next day. I really appreciate that they use fresh, quality ingredients. The breading was crisp and the meat was tender. A solid choice if you're looking for something hearty.

Lamb madras and chicken naga shotkari. My usual order, never disappoints.

The garlic bread with cheese is a must-order to share! It's so good we almost didn't leave room for the pizza 😅

Came here for lunch after picking up some groceries nearby. It was very quiet, just after opening. I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients were in my noodle bowl. The vegetables were crisp and the broth tasted clean, not heavy. A nice, simple spot for a healthy meal.

The bottomless brunch was solid. Jazmin was a star, really knew her stuff with the cocktails and kept the refills coming right on time for the full two hours. Made the whole thing a breeze.

Loved the interior design here! The food was fantastic, and the staff were so kind. A great first impression of York.

The staff were so nice to our dog! They brought him a bowl of water and a little treat without us even asking. That kind of welcome makes a big difference.

The haddock was so fresh and flaky, and the portion size is generous for the price. Really appreciate the quality of ingredients here.

Stayed here after a long day on the Coast to Coast path. The room was modern and spotless. That walk-in shower was a lifesaver – powerful and no flooding at all. Just what you need.

Found this little spot just outside the centre. The Everest Taas was spot on, and the pickle tray really worked with it. They've got a decent local beer selection too, which paired nicely with the spices. Simple place, but the flavours are all there.

Great spot for live music. Sound system is solid, not too loud. Caught a couple of good acts last Friday. Cozy vibe, perfect for a quick drink after work.

The Sunday roast here is a solid choice. Meat was cooked just right, trimmings were all good. Got my plate in under 15 minutes, which is perfect for a quick, filling lunch. No fuss, just a proper feed.

Staff remembered my name from a previous visit, which was a nice touch. They sat me at a quiet corner table, perfect for a solo dinner. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Made for a relaxed evening.

The lunch deal with fish and chips is a solid shout for a catch-up. Good portion and a drink for £13.

The Hugo Spritz was spot on. The Sticky Chicken from the bar snacks menu though, that was the star. Perfectly glazed, tender, and just the right size for sharing. A solid choice for a casual drink and a bite.

Sunday lunch today was our second meal here after an excellent prix fixe dinner earlier in the week. Everything from the buffet spread to start with to the main meal and dessert was first-rate, made even more special by the fact that the expected sirloin of beef was replaced by chateaubriand! Served pink at our request it was tender and succulent. Fullmarks to the chef and to Will our genial and professional server.

Amazing service and such a lovely friendly waiter , food was fast and lovely , Only quark was the restaurant was chilly bar that 9/10 for me even went back the night after

Brunch was solid. Eggs Benedict were well executed, and the pistachio raspberry cake was a nice finish. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. Good spot for a business meeting.

Cozy little cafe, nice relaxed vibe. Had the milkshake and it was honestly incredible – thick, creamy, just spot on. A good spot for a casual bite.

Booked ahead, which was needed. Cash only, so had to run to the ATM. The portion sizes were generous for the price, which was a relief. Felt like I got my money's worth.

Popped in for a quick bite while in Bridlington. The menu's got loads of options, which is handy. Staff were friendly and quick.

Been coming here for years. The staff are always friendly and have a good laugh with you. It's that kind of relaxed, familiar feeling that keeps me coming back. Makes the whole place feel like a proper local spot.

The fish and chips were spot on. Crispy batter, fresh fish. The real winner for me was the house pale ale—cut through the richness perfectly. A bit pricey for a casual meal, but the pairing made it worthwhile.

Popped in for lunch. The tempura prawns from the buffet were really fresh and crispy. You can tell they're cooked to order, which is nice. Bit of a queue though.

Been coming here for years, and the fillet steak is always cooked just right. It’s the one thing I know I can count on every time.
