We sat outside in the courtyard, flowers everywhere, quiet even though the street was busy. The bougiourdi was the star – hot, oily, perfect with bread. Cheese pie was good too, flaky and salty. Staff let us take our time, no rush at all. Just wish the plates were a bit bigger for the price. Nice spot to slow down for an hour.

The grilled octopus was properly charred, tender inside. Owner pointed us to it instead of the specials board, good call. Right on the sand, tiny beachfront patch but enough. Prices okay for being that close to the water. Just wish the shrimp came with more than three pieces.

The view of the Acropolis from our table was honestly unreal. Food was solid and portions big. Vaso and John took good care of us.

The rooftop view of the Acropolis is something else, especially when the Parthenon lights up at sunset. Great spot for photos. Only downside is finding the entrance—7th floor and you gotta take the stairs from the 6th.

The beet salad was honestly the star — so vibrant and packed with flavor. Lamb came with a little twist I didn’t expect, in a good way. Owner cracked a joke while we were ordering, made the whole thing feel more personal. Place has a warm vibe, nothing too fancy. Just a solid dinner out.

Came here on a whim and honestly the grilled octopus was the best thing I had all week. Charred just right, tender inside, not rubbery at all. Wine list had a few Santorini whites that paired nicely. Place was busy but we got a table without waiting too long. Would go back just for that octopus again.

Been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The staff remember you, the fish is always fresh (you pick it from the ice), and the grilled octopus and calamari are consistently excellent.

Service was quick, portions okay. Gyros were decent but the chicken skewer came out dry, almost reheated. Should've stuck with a glass of wine instead.

The shrimp saganaki was the highlight—rich, tangy, and perfect with a glass of cold Assyrtiko. Portions are generous, no question. Fish platter held up fine too. Staff managed to communicate well enough despite my shaky Greek. Price felt fair for what came out of the kitchen. Would sit outside again next time.

Convenient spot with some local charm. Food hit the spot after walking around all morning. Nothing fancy, but it did the job.

The staff actually remember you here, which is rare. Cocktails were solid too. Place has a nice, unpretentious vibe that's hard to find.

The live music was lovely, but honestly the whole place just felt right. Traditional Cretan dishes done properly. Maybe a bit busy for my taste, but that's part of the charm.

Tasty food and the place feels cozy, no doubt. But smoking inside with the front shut got a bit much. Better airflow and it’d be an easy 5 stars. Red wine was solid too. 🍷

The bone marrow was the best thing we ordered—rich, smoky, came with good bread to soak it up. Other plates were decent too, nothing disappointing. Place has a nice low-key vibe, not too loud. Service was fine, checked on us just enough. Would come back for that marrow alone.

Stumbled on this place while wandering outside the center. The schnitzel was spot on, crispy and big. Greek salad fresh too. Beer list short but good. Staff nice, didn't rush us even when it got busy. Prices fair for what you get. Would go back if I'm in the area again.
