Been here a few times now, still solid. Build your own plate thing is pretty cool, price is fair for what you get. Not mind-blowing but does the job when you're hungry.

The fish was really fresh and cooked just right. Service friendly too. A bit expensive for what you get, but the quality makes up for it.

We stopped by for dinner and the food really stood out—everything tasted fresh, nicely prepared. I had the grilled fish and it was light, not oily at all. The herbs on top made it feel thoughtful. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Maybe a bit busy in the evening, but the quality made up for it.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Food came out fast, which I appreciated. Had the grilled chicken—solid, nothing fancy. Outdoor seating’s nice but yeah, flies were annoying. Price was okay for what you got. Wouldn’t mind coming back if I’m in the area and short on time.

We stayed here with our dog and it worked out really well. No hassle at all, just walked right onto the beach from the hotel. That direct access made the whole trip so much easier. The room was fine, nothing fancy, but honestly the location was the main thing for us. Just wish the breakfast had a few more fresh fruit options.

Been coming here for years and the fish portions are still generous for the price. Place gets busy though, so book a table ahead.

The falafel with ratatouille and hummus was properly seasoned, decent portion too. Not many places around here do vegan options, so that's a plus. Staff didn't keep me waiting long. Place was bright inside, nothing fancy but comfortable. Fine if you're after something plant-based without the fuss.

Solid burgers and the homemade lemonade was a nice touch. Staff friendly enough, though they seemed a bit overwhelmed when it got busy. Decent spot for a casual bite.

The no-kids-after-5pm rule is honestly a genius move. Place was quiet, chill, felt like an actual adult evening out. More spots should try this.

Tried the game dishes here — really well prepared, juicy and full of flavor. Service was on point too. Price is on the higher side, but you can tell where the money goes.

Food was fresh and portions were generous. Got the schnitzel and it hit the spot. Service was quick even though the place was packed. Solid spot.

Stopped by for dessert after a walk. The ship decor inside is kinda cool, feels like an old tavern. Had the crème brûlée, real vanilla in it, not that fake stuff. Simple and good. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Place was a bit quiet for a Saturday, but whatever. Solid spot if you're in the area.

The fish tasted properly fresh, not frozen. I had the surf and turf and the beef was cooked just right. Dessert selection with cakes looked tempting but I was too full to try. Staff left me alone which I appreciated. Maybe slightly pricey for what you get, but the quality of the seafood made up for it.

Service, food and Wine parring menu really on target. A creative composition of dishes. For a one star M-restautant a very reasonable price. Well done, have friends coming Freustil way in July.

Stopped by for tea and a slice of their homemade cake. The tea list is really long, took me a while to decide. Cake was moist, not too sweet, you can tell they use good ingredients. Place has a nice warm feel, perfect for a quiet afternoon. Staff let me sit and read without rushing me.

We stopped by for lunch and got the venison roast and the farmer's omelet with chanterelles. The omelet was the highlight—mushrooms tasted really fresh, not canned or anything. Portions were generous, I couldn’t finish mine. Service was quick even though it was busy. Only small thing: the venison was a bit dry on the edges. Still, a solid spot if you’re in the area.

The grilled fish was really good, and the terrace made it easy to relax. Service was friendly enough, though a bit quiet at times. Enjoyed the meal without any fuss.

The grilled vegetable plate was the standout for me — nicely charred, still had some bite. Food’s tasty overall, service friendly enough. Easy to find parking nearby, which I didn’t expect. Maybe not a place I’d go out of my way for, but solid if you’re in the area.

The cod with pointed cabbage and mashed potatoes was really good — cooked just right, nice plate. Service was friendly, no complaints there. Sat by the water, which made the whole thing feel a bit more chill. Only thing is the tables are a little close together, but it didn't ruin anything. Fine spot if you're in the area.

Service was friendly even though they were packed. Food came out fast, and the staff actually seemed to care. Nice surprise for a busy spot.

Stopped by for coffee and cake on a rainy afternoon. The drinks were solid and the solyanka really hit the spot. Kinda wished the outdoor heaters were on, but inside was cozy enough for hanging out with friends. Nice little spot if you're in the area. ☕

We stopped in for dinner on a Tuesday night. The old hall is something else, all mismatched chairs and low light. Had the local sausage plate and a beer, pretty solid. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. It's a bit touristy maybe, but the food is honest. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped by for lunch and grabbed the catch of the day — super fresh, you can tell they source locally. Place was packed, so we waited a bit, but the fish made up for it. Staff handled the rush well, kept it chill. Would come back for the seabass alone. 🐟

Big portions, no doubt. Got the mixed grill and left stuffed. Price felt fair for what you get, especially these days. Solid spot if you're hungry and don't wanna break the bank.

The Matjes sandwich really got me. Fresh, briny, that soft bread soaking up the flavor. Sitting right by the harbor, watching the market buzz around me. Couldn't ask for a better lunch spot. Maybe a bit touristy, but the fish makes up for it.

Fresh fish, rustic vibe. 🍺 Their own beer is a solid bonus. Prices a bit steep though. Staff were friendly.

Decent spot for a quick bite. Portions were fair for the price, and the staff didn't mind us squeezing in with a stroller. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. Probably won't go out of my way, but I wouldn't mind stopping by again if I'm in the area.

Decent food and the beach view from outside seating was nice. Portion could've been bigger for the price though.

The fries alone are worth the visit. Schnitzel was solid, though I wish there were more fresh veg on the side. Pear dessert surprised me - not too sweet.

Came for dinner after a friend told me about it. Food was solid, ingredients felt fresh and the flavors had some thought behind them. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Bill came out a bit higher than I expected though. Portions are decent, but I'd say you're paying for the quality. Not a place for every week, but okay for a treat.
