Excellent restaurant with brilliant staff and a lovely atmosphere. The quality of the food is excellent and provides a near unique experience with its innovative menu.

Great place. Not very visible from the road so keep an eye out to find the entrance.Stone walls with wooden structures and nice medieval setting. Classic relaxing/soothing Portuguese Fado playing in the background.Good food for reasonable prices. The portions were good, not too exaggerated. Very good selection of wines. Had an italian Champagne. Deserts are very generous portions. Fast service, with on the spot cooked fresh meals, surprisingly quick. If ever on the area will consider returning.

We booked this place as we had a stop over in Fatima before our final stop to Porto airport. And I have to say it was one of the best places Iv ever eaten at. All the meals were of high quality and the portions we very good. The place was lovely and the service was quick and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

The pica-pau was the star — tender, smoky, gone in minutes. Sautéed mushrooms were solid too. Portions are generous for tapas. Didn't care much about the vibe, but the food did the talking.

The mixed grilled meat platter fed all four of us easily. Charcoal flavor was on point, and honestly the price felt fair for what we got.

Duck and rice was the star, no doubt. Staff knew their stuff when pairing a local red with the cheese board. Family lunch felt easy, though the room got a bit loud by the end. Solid spot.

Stopped here for lunch during a road trip and honestly it was a lucky find. Food was really good and the staff didn’t keep us waiting long. Nothing fancy but solid if you’re driving through. Would come back if I’m in the area again 😊

The place looks nothing special from the outside, but the food and service really caught me off guard. I went for the grilled octopus and a glass of white wine that paired nicely with it. The staff knew their drinks, which I appreciated. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger for the price. Still, a solid spot.

Came here after visiting the sanctuary, needed a break from all the touristy spots. Got the bacalhau and it was properly cooked, not dry at all. Simple place, nothing fancy, but the lady serving was really nice. Prices fair for what you get. Would stop by again if I'm in Fátima.

The grilled octopus was the only thing that mattered to me. Tender, smoky, a bit of char on the edges. That's it. Didn't care about the medieval decor or the fireplace everyone mentions. Portion was decent for the price. Would've liked a little more salt, but honestly, the texture was spot on.

Stopped by for lunch on a sunny day and the setting really got me. Food was fresh, no complaints there. Staff even made a fuss over our dog, which was sweet. Nice little spot if you're in the area.

We came here twice during our stay and both times the food was solid. Filip and Julia at the front actually remembered us the second time, which was a nice touch. The space itself is pretty comfortable too, good lighting, not too loud even when it got busy. Just wish the menu changed a bit more between visits, but that's a minor thing.

Great meat but next time I will try the shrimp, looks mazing!

Stopped here on the way to Fatima and honestly the wine cellar caught me off guard. You walk in and pick your own bottle from a huge collection, which I loved. Grilled cod was solid, ribeye cooked right too. Just wish we had more time to sit and enjoy it properly.

The food was amazing, they really know how to grill good meat! The service was also very kind and friendly. As for the ambience, it's hard to judge what it would be like on a "normal day", since when we were there, an important football match was on TV, so it was probably a bit different... but in any case, we felt at home and well looked after! We recommend it!

Best meal in Portugal, hands down. Right by the monastery. The cod special was huge and cheesy, baked just right. House wine did the job too. Staff kept up even with the place packed.

The lamb with rice was honestly so good, I’m still thinking about it. We walked in without a reservation on a busy night and they still squeezed us in, which was super nice of them. Place was a bit loud but fine for a catch-up with friends. Would go back just for that dish 😊

Came in for burgers, ended up really liking the cheesecake. That thing was proper good. Service was on point too, friendly but not hovering over you. Solid little neighborhood spot, nothing fancy but it does the job. Wouldn't mind going back for that dessert again.

The Mirandesa steak was spot on—tender, flavorful. Service kept it smooth, no fuss. Price runs a bit high for Fátima, but you get what you pay for.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Had the cod 'cookies' and a glass of wine, plus some olives. Price was fair for what you got. Staff didn't rush me, which was nice. Food came out fast enough. Solid spot if you need a decent bite without the fuss.

Came for the lamb, left happy. That’s the dish to get here, really tender and full of flavor. Place was busy but we got a table quick. Not the cheapest meal but the food made up for it. Would come back if I’m in the area again.

The buffet starters let you try a bit of everything, which I liked. Main dishes are pretty big, so go hungry. I had the grilled fish and it was fine, nothing fancy. The dessert cart looked nice but I was too full to bother. Service was friendly enough, though we did wait a while for the bill. Comfortable seats, so I didn't mind the extra time.

The black pork secreto was really good, juicy and full of flavor. Our waitress was chatty in a nice way, made the whole thing more fun. Place got a bit loud later on, but I still enjoyed my meal. Solid option if you're in the area and want something simple but tasty.

Lamb and monkfish rice were both solid. Host spoke clear English and didn't miss a detail. Good spot for a no-fuss dinner.
