Food was solid and portions were generous, but it got pretty chaotic when we went. Still a fun spot to grab dinner with friends 😄

The daily plate was solid, tasted like something homemade. Pastries were good too, but honestly for the price I expected a bit more on the plate.

Temaki wasn’t the best I’ve had, but the sushi quality surprised me. Menu’s got plenty of options too. Place gets packed fast though, so try to hit it early or off-peak. Worth checking out if you’re in the area and don’t mind a bit of a wait.

The Queijinhos do Céu were spot on—sweet but not cloying, and they went perfectly with my espresso. Wish the coffee had been a bit hotter, but the combo still hit the spot.

The desserts honestly stole the show for me. Burgers were good, but that chocolate thing we got after... yeah. Warm, rich, not too sweet. I kept stealing bites even though I was full. Wish I’d saved more room for it.

The grilled squid was spot on. Tender, smoky, that charred edge. The migas were solid too, proper texture. That’s really what I came for. Didn’t care much about the terrace or the staff, but they were fine. Place is off the main tourist path, which is a plus. Would eat that squid again.

Came for the food, stayed for the atmosphere. Benfica stuff all over the walls, even my husband got a kick out of it. We're not big fans but the place just feels alive. Service was friendly and quick, which I appreciated. Sat near the window, decent view. Would come back if we're in the area again.

Papa-Figos is a gem in Torres Novas, known for its traditional Portuguese cuisine. The staff is professional and fast, making it a great choice for both family gatherings and intimate dinners.

The dinner buffet for €14.50. Food was decent, sushi combos had some weird ones like strawberry rolls. Portions are small though, kept having to get up for more plates.

The atmosphere is both comfortable and elegant, making it a perfect spot for a special occasion. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Been coming here for years and the dumplings never disappoint. Still my go-to spot for Chinese in the city. Quality's held up well.

Stopped here after the Mira d’Aire caves. Small spot, but they didn’t rush us even though we arrived late for lunch. The food was tasty—proper Portuguese flavours. Bill for two was under €30, which felt fair for what we had. Nothing fancy, just honest cooking. Good stop if you’re in the area.

The cod dish with cornbread is very nice, and the service is commendable. Just be mindful of the limited reservations they accept.

Been coming here for a while now. The crepes are still as good as the first time I tried them. Place has this quirky vibe that grows on you. Service can be a bit slow when it's busy, but I don't really mind. Just wish they'd open earlier on Sundays. Anyway, solid spot for a relaxed bite.

Service was the highlight here. Waiter spoke French with us, helped pick a decent wine to match the food. Attentive without hovering, which I appreciated. Place got busy later, but he still checked in when needed. Solid experience overall, nothing fancy but they know what they're doing.

The pork and risotto combo is still my go-to here. Codfish with Batata Brás was solid too. Music was a nice touch, kept things relaxed.

Been coming here for a while now, and the octopus is still the dish I keep thinking about. Tender, smoky, just the right amount of salt. The sea bass was good too, but that octopus is the reason I come back. Service was fine, nothing flashy, but they remember you. That counts for something.

Nice vibe and prices are fair. Nothing fancy but does the job if you're around the main spots. Had a decent meal without breaking the bank. Place felt relaxed, no rush. Good enough for a quick stop.

Decent spot for a quick meal. Portions were generous and the price felt fair for what you got. Service was efficient, no complaints there. I'd say it's a pretty good option if you're in the area and don't want to overthink where to eat. Nothing fancy, but it did the job.

We had an excellent meal! The service was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Every time we go, we have fast and friendly service, delicious food and at a great price. It's why we keep coming back! Simple menu, consistently delivered.

Stopped by after the monastery visit — the butter chicken was rich, no complaints there. Wish I’d asked about a wine pairing though, a bold red would’ve nailed it. Service was quick.

The grilled meats here are really good — you can taste the wood fire in every bite. The family running it works hard, and they even drove us back to the hotel when we couldn't find a taxi. Solid spot.

Stopped by for a hot chocolate and ended up staying way longer than planned. Place has that cozy, lived-in feel you don't find often. Owners were genuinely nice, the kind who chat without hovering. My drink was rich, not too sweet. Could've used a bit more seating, but I'd happily squeeze in again.
