Food was solid and portions are huge — even the small size filled me up. Staff stayed on top of things despite the crowd. Just wish they’d tone down the music a bit.

The grilled octopus was spot on. Tender, smoky, decent portion for the price. Terrace seating is a plus but honestly I'd come back just for that dish.

Stopped by for dinner and grabbed a seat near the window. The mixed grill special was solid—meat cooked properly, not dried out. I asked about a wine pairing and the waiter actually knew his stuff, suggested a decent red that worked well with the smoky flavors. Service was attentive without hovering. Place gets a bit loud later in the evening, but that's about it.

The owner handed me my order personally and was genuinely friendly. You can tell they actually care about what they're doing here. Food was solid, nothing mind-blowing, but the service made it feel more personal than most places. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

The food was tasty but came lukewarm, which was a shame. Cozy atmosphere though, really nice to sit there. Service was friendly enough, just slow on drink refills.

The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, and the service is attentive without being intrusive. A great place to enjoy a meal.

The schnitzel with spätzle was really good, proper Bavarian comfort food. Staff were friendly and the place has that old-school charm. Just wish I had more room to try the other dishes.

The breakfast buffet had a really nice selection—fresh fruit, good bread, eggs made to order. I’m picky about freshness and it didn’t disappoint. Service was attentive too. Only thing: the dining room felt a bit dark for morning. But the food made up for it. I’d come back for the buffet.

The duck was the highlight. Crispy skin, tender meat, and the sauce had that deep savory flavor. Portions are big, vegetables fresh. Price is on the higher side, but the quality matches. I'd skip the sides and just order more duck next time.

The spa area was the best part—massage was incredible and the sauna plus red light booth really helped me unwind after. Kids enjoyed the warmer indoor pool too. Just wish we had more time there.

The tzatziki alone is worth stopping by for—so creamy and fresh. We ordered a bunch of stuff to share and honestly everything held up. Portions were solid too, not too heavy. Place got a bit loud later in the evening, but for a casual catch-up with friends it totally worked. I’d go back just for that dip 😄

Stumbled into this place in Göppingen and it actually surprised me. Staff really took the allergy thing seriously, which I appreciated. Had a pasta dish that tasted properly Italian, not the usual fake stuff. Place was busy but not chaotic. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and the lamb was properly done—juicy, not greasy at all. That feta and olive oil paste on the side? Honestly the best part. Service took a while to get going, but once it did, the staff were nice enough. Solid spot if you're craving Greek.

Schnitzel was solid. Salad fresh too. Place gets packed, service slows down a bit. Just gotta wait. Food makes up for it though.

The burgers were decent and the fries came out hot. We used the 2-for-1 voucher, no issues at all. Portion size is fair for what you pay. Place was busy but we didn't wait long. Fine for a quick bite if you're in the area.

The pizza was solid, but the wait tested my patience a bit. Outdoor seating's a nice touch though. A glass of their house red would've paired well with the margherita.

Stopped by for breakfast before a cycling tour. Bircher muesli was solid, pastries fresh. Staff let us eat earlier than usual, which helped. Nothing fancy, but it worked fine for a quick start.

The place was packed when we got there, but that energy kinda worked. We ordered the mixed grill and honestly the portions are massive. Couldn't finish it all. Staff were friendly enough despite the chaos. Just make sure you reserve a table beforehand, otherwise you'll wait forever.

Nice spot with a solid view of the Swabian Alps. Food was fresh and well-prepared, no complaints. Terrace seating is the main draw. Probably worth a return visit for the cakes.

If you go to the restaurant at a rush hour (e.g. 6:30 pm on a Saturday evening with nearby events in the Congress Center and the Naturtheater) be prepared for the following: Menu with limited availability, longer than usual wait for drinks and food, and stressed out staff. Although the food quality does in my opinion not the price charged. If you get hold of the staff, they are nice, though.

The burger was solid, juicy and seasoned well. Got the classic cheeseburger and it hit the spot for a quick lunch. Staff didn't mess around, got my food fast. Portion size is decent for what you pay, not huge but fair. I'd come back if I'm in the area and want something easy.
