The food was top-notch, especially the salmon, and the overall ambiance was very appealing, perfect for a relaxed meal.

Nice little tavern right off the main square. The beer was fresh and the staff actually took time to recommend something. Gets pretty loud when it fills up, but the vibe stays relaxed enough.

Antipasti plate was solid—good size, plenty of flavor. Pizza dough came out light, toppings tasted fresh. Place gets busy fast, so book a table if you can. Service kept up fine even with the crowd. Nothing fancy, but it did the job for a quick lunch stop.

Stopped here for a coffee and just watched the square for a while. Location really is unbeatable, right in the middle of everything. Drink was fine, nothing fancy, but you're paying for the view honestly. Good spot to rest your legs for a bit.

The vegan bowl was seriously good. I went for the local veggie option and honestly didn't miss meat one bit. Place is small and a bit busy, but the food came fast. Would come back just for that dish.

The veggie options were solid, but the outdoor seating got a bit crowded. Desserts were the best part though.

The veal schnitzel with asparagus was really good. Service was quick and friendly too. Only thing—the seating felt a bit cramped, but nothing terrible.

Sushi at a Vietnamese spot? Didn’t expect much, but it was actually solid. Open kitchen’s nice, you can watch them roll. Food came fast, well made. Starter took a bit longer though. Staff were friendly about it, so no big deal.

Easy stop right by the train station. Food was decent, nothing fancy, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. Worked fine for a quick bite.

Been stopping here for years now. Fuel prices are usually fair, not the cheapest but decent. Shop's got the basics, nothing fancy. It's fine for a quick fill-up and grabbing a drink. Not a destination, but it does the job. Never had a problem, so I'll keep coming back.

Service was honestly the highlight for me. Our waiter checked in just enough, not too much. Food came fast too, which was nice since we were all starving. We grabbed some finger food to share and it hit the spot. Good spot for a casual hangout with friends. Maybe a bit busy but whatever 😊

The grilled octopus was fresh and tender, not rubbery at all. Portions are generous too. Nice spot for a light but satisfying meal.

Breakfast spread was solid with lots of regional stuff. Staff left us alone but were there when needed. Nice relaxed vibe overall.

The Zwiebelrostbraten was solid — meat cooked just right, onions gave it good flavor. Portion felt fair for what you pay, not one of those places where you leave hungry. Service was friendly enough, didn't have to wait long for anything. Decent spot if you're in the area and want something hearty without breaking the bank.

Friendly staff made the buffet easy to enjoy. Sushi and maki were fresh enough, and the price felt fair for the selection.

The steak here was genuinely good. Cooked exactly how I asked, decent seasoning, proper meat flavor. One of the better ones I've had in Aalen. Portion was big enough that I didn't need anything else after. Prices are fair for what you get. Didn't pay much attention to the decor or staff, but the food did the job.

The landlady’s a real character—blunt, a bit rustic, but she runs the place with personality. We showed up with a discount voucher, no reservation, and still got treated fine. Food was solid, proper Swabian stuff. Nothing fancy, but honest. The kind of place that doesn’t try too hard. Liked that.

The interior is full of charming local decor, and you can even sit in a 'ship' section. The service had a few witty remarks that made the meal more enjoyable.

Lovely spot right in the center of town. The lighting and decor made it feel really cozy, and the food was solid for the price. Just wish the tables weren't so close together.

Good beer list and solid traditional food. Lots of seating inside and out. They had football on the screens too. Card payment works fine.

The staff kept checking in, which was nice. I had the veggie bowl—fresh greens, quinoa, that kind of thing. Ingredients tasted properly sourced, not like they'd been sitting around. Slightly pricey for the portion, but I left feeling good. Would come back for the salad selection alone.

Pasta was solid, pizza decent too. Espresso hit the spot after. Staff seemed friendly enough. Nothing crazy but a good spot for Italian.

Tried the chocolates here after a friend mentioned the place. Got a box for myself and honestly, they're really good. Nice texture, not overly sweet. The shop itself is small but has a decent selection of other treats too. Staff left me alone to browse, which I appreciated. Maybe a bit pricey for the amount you get, but quality is there.

The pasta was fresh, you could tell it wasn’t sitting around. I had the tagliatelle and it was light, well seasoned. Place was clean, quiet enough to actually talk. Service was fast too, almost surprising for a Saturday. Just wish the portion was a bit bigger for the price. But overall a solid stop if you’re in the area.

The bifteki was really good, juicy and well-seasoned. Homemade fries on the side were a nice touch, crispy. Staff let us swap a couple things without fuss. Felt like proper Greek food, not the usual tourist stuff. Place was a bit busy but we didn't wait long. I'd go back for that bifteki alone.
