The Malakoff starter was solid, and the cod ceviche stood out—fresh, well-seasoned, not overdone. Good balance between traditional and creative. Service was efficient, no complaints there. Place was busy but we got a table without waiting too long. Fair for the price, though not cheap. I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

The fish here is really good, we got the grilled one and it was super fresh. Great spot to bring a few friends for a casual dinner. 🐟

The cheese fondue was solid, really rich and garlicky. Sat on the terrace and the view over the valley is something else. Came for a late lunch after the train ride, no rush at all. Service was a bit slow but honestly you don't care when you're staring at that scenery. Prices are what you'd expect up here.

excellent service and great opportunity to take a peak at the EHL school which is truly impressive. The place offers only tapas, everything was excellent and very well presented and cocktails also very tasty.we had a very nice time although fairly quick dinner as the tapas are fairly small portions (we had 5 for 2 people)

The staff remembered it was my son's birthday and brought out a little cake for him. That was sweet. Food was solid too, pasta was cooked just right.

Loved the terrace for a chill hangout with friends. Portions were huge for the price. Service was friendly too. Would come back for sure 🌿

Good lunch stop—staff got me in and out fast. The wine list was decent too, nothing fancy but paired fine with the pasta. Solid if you're nearby.

Great little bistro and a great location. Staff was super welcoming and helpful

Decent little place, run by a family I think. Had the filet with mushroom sauce – sauce was generous, meat was cooked fine. Sat on the terrace, sunny day made it nice. Service was quick and friendly. Pretty good for a casual lunch, nothing more.

The perch fillets were the real highlight—cooked just right, flaky, and that butter sauce was silky. The matchstick fries on the side were surprisingly good too. I had the house salad with the curried dressing, which was subtle but added a nice kick. Place was a bit snug seating-wise, but the food made up for it.

Decent spot for a casual dinner. The food was tasty and honestly priced for what you get. I had a glass of their house red with the pasta—nothing fancy, but it paired well enough. Staff were friendly even if their English was a bit shaky; we managed with hand gestures and smiles. Wouldn't go out of my way, but fine if you're nearby.

We had the special midsommar dinner menu. It was excellent and we felt transformed to the North. We will definitely be back to try the regular menu.

Had a great evening ... excellent food, just enough spice and lot of variety on the menu. And very attentive service. Thank you!

I had a delightful Sunday brunch experience with a stunning view of the lake. The attentive service and delicious dishes, especially the sea bream carpaccio, made it truly memorable.

The grilled fish was cooked perfectly, though I kept wishing for a sauce on it. The complimentary limoncello at the end was a nice touch though.

Dropped in for lunch and grabbed the set menu. Solid homemade Peruvian food, the portion was decent for the price. Nothing fancy but it hit the spot. Place is small, got a bit busy around noon but food came quick. Would eat here again if I'm in the area.

I love the food here. Everything is so delicious. The best nans we’ve tried. The waiter was as usual, very polite, helpful and nice. Merci!

The best music playlist for dinner in Lausanne! I wil be definitely coming back. The burgers were the best in town and the drinks were amazing. Thanks!

We came for our anniversary and the staff made it feel special. The tasting meal was excellent, and the elevated terrace is a nice spot, shielded from the sun.

Great spot right by the lake, just steps from the Chaplin statue. Coffee was solid, and the heated patio made it easy to linger. Would've loved a proper wine list though—only had a couple of basic options.

Delicious menu with some local specialities. Highlights were the house malakoff cheese balls and superb patisserie. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Stopped by for a quick lunch — the lake view is lovely. Salmon and veggie burger were both decent. Took a while to get our food, but fine for a relaxed afternoon.

Cosy restaurant in the old town of Lausanne, service was super friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our evening there but the food was good for some but unfortuantely the steak was quite chewy with tendons etc. The other dishes were fine and but a little watch out on conistency in terms of quality.

The vegetarian burger was decent—nicely seasoned, not dry like most places. Good beer list too. Place was clean and quiet enough for a weekday dinner. Service was fine, nothing flashy. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is, but I'd go back if I'm in the area.
