The taste is heavy and the environment is a bit old and overall is not bad. Very affordable Michelin. You can try it when you pass by.

I was amazed by the food in this store. The dishes inside are beautiful and delicious. I like beef the most. It is very tender and very fresh. It feels no worse than Michelin two stars.

the dinner at bridges was a wonderful experience. we had the chef's menu (tasting menu). it consisted of excellent food, creatively prepared. the wine pairing was imaginative and plenty, the service was outstanding (very informative, approachable and not overbearing). the price to quality/quantity ratio was very good. we spend a very enjoyable 3.5h evening.

Wonderful 7 course surprise menu. Wonderful flavors and presentations. Beautiful view by the window. Enjoyed every minute.

Dinner started out great but the cauliflower course was disappointing, the fish uninspiring and the veal dish was very chewy. So the mains did not support the superb appertizers. Service was slow-ish, pace could have been faster. 6-7 rating.

🌿 Located near the famous red district of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, this is a Michelin-star restaurant. The scenery around the restaurant is also charming. The canal is at the door. There is a canal bridge for the class next to it. The bridges are different and very style. 🧩 The main focus here is Western food in Nordic style, and it is preferred to use original trays for all kinds of ingredients. The plate is also relatively fresh, not very focused, but the taste is really good, the price is not expensive, suitable for going to check in again. 🧩 In terms of service, Michelin service standards are really standardized abroad, and even the clerk needs to speak English fluently.
