The ancient town of Daxu is located on the edge of the Lijiang River and the pier is beautiful. In the early morning, I jumped into the Lijiang River and swim for half an hour. The blue flow hit the water, looked up at the sky, looked around the reflection of Qingfeng, and played leisurely. After breakfast, I went to the old street to visit. Daegu has a thousand years of history, is one of the four ancient towns in Guangxi, and it is still very prosperous during the Republic of China. In recent decades, road transportation has developed, and the Lijiang River water transportation has declined, reduced to a forgotten corner, escaped the demolition and construction, and survived the old appearance. The old stone roads, old shops, clubs, Qianzhuang, Posthouses and temples are still intact. There is no charge at present, and you can freely enter the old street to stroll and feel the vicissitudes of history. But in recent years, it has also been transformed into a tourist attraction, repaired and renovated, and shops and restaurants are surrounded, which is very different from what you saw a few years ago.
