The worst food and service. What they advertize not served. Do not accept cards. Owner feels he is doing a favour and he mentioned in Moscow there are some issues due to which he does not give bill ... guess he does not pay taxes. The dosas are the worst. Fish was spoilt had to return and Owner was agitated that I did not eat the bad fish
