菜单非常简单，只有几种面和几种小菜，分分钟点完。等待上菜的时间大概只有三分钟？？和中午形成了鲜明的对比。1. 赤丸新味 大骨熬了6小时以上，鲜的不要不要的，面也劲道，推荐面条硬度选了very hard，吃着真的很硬，吃到后面稍微泡软一点感觉更加。自己又加了一堆白胡椒和黑胡椒之后彻底变成重庆小面。其实只要够辣我基本都会喜欢，这个还挺不错的。2、赤什么拉面，名字忘了，就是这边最辣的拉面，我们吃的第二个辣度，上次吃的第五，辣成神经病了，这次有前车之鉴。3、豆芽，甜的，没吃过这边的蔬菜真不知道蔬菜真的能吃出鲜美的味道。4、特别推荐饺子，这个比日本的什么王将好吃太多了，每次来日本都要吃这家的饺子，皮薄、皮软、肉香、入口即化，我的天，国内什么时候饺子也能到这水平......5 豚骨拉面 朋友点的，她选了medium的硬度，我觉得已经偏软了。吃了我的再尝她的真的是没味，总之还是对这种猪骨汤日式拉面不感冒。日本一风堂可以不国内的一风堂好太多了！推荐东京第一站吃这个

晚上吃了一风堂的拉面，很好吃！汤头出乎意料的浓郁，用东北话说就是有点糊嘴了，叉烧的猪肉味也很浓。店家提供的小菜和茶也不错，我们选了有煎饺的套餐，店家上了压蒜器，可以从旁边拿蒜自己压。煎饺也好吃，皮非常薄，跟国内的日式煎饺不同，馅料的味道也有差别，还提供了不知道是不是柚子胡椒的红色蘸料，胡椒味道非常浓郁！
