庐州府城隍庙位于霍邱路中段，坐北朝南；占地４０００平方米，建筑面积２０００平方米。始建于北宋皇礻右三年（１０５１年）。大庙前旗杆矗立，山门口石狮相对，山门三间，左右耳房各五间；戏楼五间，两旁耳房各四间；大殿三间，两侧耳房各五间；娘娘殿三间，两边耳房各三间。大殿和戏楼之间，东西厢房各十二间。大殿前有铁香炉一座，殿内设香案，神台上供奉城隍老爷塑像，背后是神态各异的孩童形象“百子图”（俗称“娃娃山”），平日庙内香火旺盛，时逢民间节庆更是热闹非凡，尤其以农历七月十五赈孤节和除夕年节为盛。

合肥以前的名字是古庐州府，三国时就已经著称，如今合肥城隍庙重新修缮后，也冠名庐州府城隍庙。新修缮过的城隍庙格局基本上没有大的变化，后面就有一个真正拜城隍的庙宇，不知道逢年过节是不是还有人过来烧香？
